It actually says spongeholder on it. Why 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess I misunderstood the image. I thought it was there just to tell me it also held sponges. Maybe it’d be ok if I also wasn’t in the ugliest font. Only pro is it comes w a sponge. I’ll be returned this.

This is very cute but poorly made. The first unit I received had the threads on the ceramic spout break the first time I screwed the pump head back into the unit. I let the manufacturer know, and they replaced it quickly and without question - thank you! The SECOND unit I received had 2 issues: (1) it is uneven on the balance points at bottom, so the unit rocks slightly when you push for soap; (2) this unit lasted 3 weeks, and again, the ceramic spout broke when I pushed for soap. I'd avoid it, and hope the company re-engineers this to have a metal bracket or something (!).

The item looks exactly like what they say except the pump that I got was plastic not stainless steel as described. Also when I went to fill it up I noticed there were a ton of white chunks coming from inside. Not sure exactly what it is and even after rinsing it multiple times it was still coming out. I'm hoping this won't clog the cheap pump but I guess only time will tell. I definitely don't think this item was worth what I paid for it. Not with the issues I listed above.I didn't return it only because it was something that we needed desperately at my work. I do wish the company would send me an actual stainless steel pump since that was something that I was specifically looking for and they are falsely advertising it as such. It is shiny plastic that's it.The ceramic portion is great but they need to figure out why all the white chunks are in there and do a better job of prepping their products for use and as previously said they need to remove the stainless steel pump description and change it to plastic or actually give you a stainless steel pump.

I gave it one star only because it leaked.I love everything else about it. The hand pump worked very well and the soap dispensed easily into my sink. But, it was not sealed well on the bottom and the entire contents of dishsoap leaked out onto my counter. I'm sure it was just a defective product but I am not going to chance it with a replacement. I requested a refund.

It's cute but not functional. After a few months the pump no longer screws tightly to the body and leaks soap everywhere. The join between the top of the pump and the bottom of pump also leaks soap. I'm always having to clean gunk off. I quit using it as a soap dispenser and now it really is a SPONGE HOLDER. Im glad It got to live 80% of my life before the US was turned into a repository for expensive Chinese junk. We used to be able to have nice things.

So mine doesn't say sponge holder like the picture. It says soap. None of the pictures show one that day soap so that's strange. The word is also crooked, but I'm going to keep it anyway. It's still nice. I noticed there is a piece missing in the neck when I unscrewed the pump, but it still screws back on so I didn't think it would be with it to send back. The sponge holder part is very narrow so you have to squish your sponge, but no biggie. Looks nice in my kitchen and the pump works great.

I love my little soap dispenser it has a vintage look which goes well with my country style kitchen. Vant be more happier. Other reviews said that it was cheap looking as well as broke i crossed my fingers til mine arrived. Sorry for the others but mine worked out well.

Just got this in tonight. Took it out of the box and noticed immediately there was a chip in the top and the word was printed crooked. In addition, it looks dirty as if extra ink was on someone's hand when they were putting it in the box. Attempted to wash it off to no avail. I bought new although warehouse deal was an option. For this quality, should have saved the money and gone with the deal. Not happy with the defects, but needed a soap dispenser and the concept was what I wanted.

I bought this product to match its butter dish and utensil holder and I thought it was cute and loved the way it looked and the fact that the soap container and sponge holder were together. However, I didn't have it long before it broke clean in half. I tried to put the dry sponge, after using it, back in its slot and I did not apply much pressure but the holder broke. While I could have Crazy-glued it back together, I decided not to because it would have likely broke again so I threw it out. Its poor design and thin ceramic walls make this product a loser.

I purchased this kitchen soap dispenser after doing complete renovations in the kitchen. It cost more than I wanted to pay, but I want to be sure all the details reflect the elegance of our new kitchen. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the pump dispensing the soap wouldn't work. The container itself is well-made (ceramic) and looks really nice on the counter by my sink. But I had to go out and purchase a new pump - because the original was a cheap plastic thing like what you get at the dollar store, because mine didn't work. Shame on the manufacturer for cost-cutting in this way!! It doesn't make sense when the customer is paying so much and everything else about the product is elevated.

I love that it hides your sponge where as a lot of soup dispenser’s don’t and they are not the prettiest thing. Great price, bought it a few months ago and it’s great

Buenos días:El producto lo recibi perfectamente y en el tiempo estimado. La cerámica es muy bonita, pero el cierre entre la pieza de aluminio y la cerámica queda mal, cierra torcido.Es una lástima ya que este detalle desmerece el producto.
