Doesn't work with 5 pack
I ordered this to go with a 5 pack of the same fans that comes with the 7-port hub. I am putting them in a case with space for 6 fans so I needed the extra fan. The problem is this fan doesn't plug into the hub that comes with the 5 pack. The plug on the single fan is a 3 pin plug. The 5 pack hub requires 4 pin connectors, which all of the fans that come in the 5 pack have. It's rather disappointing to have the same brand and type of fan and they aren't compatible with each other, especially since the hub has places for 7 fans. This means you have to buy two 5 packs and then have 3 fans that don't plug into the hub. You should be able to buy two additional fans separately to fill up the hub. To remedy this I am having to buy a splitter to be able to plug all 6 fans into my only 3 pin A-RGB AsRock motherboard header. I haven't even gotten to power the fans up yet to see how they work as I haven't gotten all the parts for my build yet. I may raise the rating a star once I see what they look like and how they work.**EDIT**I got my system built and the fans are running fine. The RGB looks like and while I still have to figure out how to use the ARGB functionality with my motherboard, the lights running with the remote control work like they should. The splitter cable for the ARGB is here and I will be installing that to see if my motherboard can sync up all 6 of the fans for me.

After all this time since purchase, they still work, RGB lights start to look faint
So I have had these for quite some time now and am able to provide an accurate review. The Fan's themselves still work excellent and for the price i am Happy, but it does seem that after time the RGB lightning on the fans starts to get a bit "wonky" So I only subtracted 1 star since of course its noticeable, but does not effect the airflow capability of the fans. I would buy these again, and have seen they have an upgraded RGB model that I am wondering if it resolved the very small issue i had with the lights. They connect to either a stan alone RGB controller, or you can plug it right into your motherboards RGB header ( make sure you plug it into the correct port!)**Edit: 04-06-2021** this is about the lifespan of these fans, they now make the sound all are familiar with when fans start to die, that annoying "vibrating " type noise. But for what they cost they had a okay run. I'm going to go with a name brand this time around nit because I did not like these , but for warranty purposes, fans should last a bit longer than these did. The RGB lights no longer seem to match as they did when new also a few lumens between fans shows up in a case where they are in close proximity.

Not for water cooling loops as claimed. Too noisy in that configuration sadly.
These should be only considered as case fans. The manufacturer claims suitable for rad cooling but they aren't because of noise in that configurationreview is for the 5x kit and the individual 120mm replacement fan as wellthe hub and fans in the 5x kit come with 4 pin VRBG 5volt plugsthe individual replacement VRGB fan comes with a 3 VRGB pin 5volt (4th pin hole is plugged up)Pros:relatively well built and especially for the moneyblack sleeved cables of good lengthRGB effect numerous and look good .. but see conshub can control up to 7 VRGB 5volt fans .. but see consremote control useful if you don't want to use SpeedFan in windowsprice for the 5x kitCons:only for case cooling, as they can't move enough air thru a rad unless at full speedreal noisy at 70 > 100 % rpm. rad mounted I was needing to run at about 75% to push any meaningful amount of air thru the radsthe hub provided cannot control the 7 RGB effect in the same way.not all 7 plugs are synced meaning you can't do the same swirling effect at the same time on all fans. the plugs are grouped 3 , 2 , 2 for the syncs and not placed in order on the hubthe individual replacement fans come with a 3 pin VRGB with the 4th hole plugged up so can't be used with the 5x kit to complement the amount of fansI ended up buying two 5x kits to be able to run 7 fansthe 5x kit and the 3x kit don't use the same VRGB plugs (4 vs 3 pin holes) and the hubs are therefore differentthe single 12v RGB plug can't seem to control a 12v RGB strip (didn't work with my EK RGB reservoir)conclusions.- As I said before not for a custom water loop like mine as the fans end up being way too noisy.this ended up the reason I replaced them for much more expensive and sadly non RGB Noctua fans- If you need more than 5 fans you may have to buy 2 kits unless you go with the 3 kit and complement, as the hub on the 3 kit uses different plugs

Great Look, Awesome Performance, Better Value!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I purchased these fans to add come color to my radiator fans based on some online reviews that I have seen and I can tell you I am very thrilled with the purchase!First I bought single fans because I only needed three and I installed them in my Core P5 on a thick 360mm radiator in a push configuration and they look great! They installed easy and came with all the fan accessories you would expect it to come with. The box was quality enough and the accessories the same.Second, these fans move air, while I cannot give you an exact CFM number with any accuracy I can tell you that they are very similar too if not better than the Scythe SFF21F fans that I had or at least the temperatures have not increased in the slightest when moving to these fans.On to the sound, they are definitely quieter than other options I have used and as mentioned earlier are moving a lot of air in doing it. While they are not the quietest fan that exists they are reasonable given what I am asking of them. The lighting looks amazing and is very much understated versus something like a Corsair LL but it was exactly what I was looking for and it is visible on both sides of the Fan which is a huge plus. The only downside is that even though the single fans don’t have a controller an adapter from its three pin to an ADD header would be great so I didn’t have to fabricate one.
