Excellent personal sauna
This sauna arrived 3 days before the Amazon delivery date, loved that. I've used this just about every day I've had this sauna, which is about a month. I use a walking stick chair which is easy to maneuver and dry out. Instead of using the chair, I sit on the floor on a beach towel. I'm 5'3" , 170 lbs, use 2 yoga blocks to sit on and completely immerse myself in the sauna. I use distilled water because tap water left a lot of white sediment. I fill the steam machine about half full and it takes about 10 min to fill the tent with steam. And it's a lot of steam! About 5 minutes in there and steam/sweat is rolling down my arms, legs, face, scalp and back. There's a semi-rigid tube that connects the steam machine to the tent, then another inside semi-rigid tube that connects to a steam pot where the steam comes out inside the tent. I have the steam pot in a dish because a little water accumulates in there and I put a tissue in there with my favorite essential oil. I wrap a hand towel around that tube because it gets hot and don't want to hurt my leg. The one thing I would like to see improved is the outside tube tends to disconnect from the tent if you jostle the tent too much. If you sit on the floor of the tent, you need to be able to get up without holding onto anything (hence the yoga blocks). Also you need to make sure when you fill the steam machine that you put the lid on properly, otherwise it runs but doesn't get steam inside. There is a flip switch on the bottom of the steam machine and then on the top buttons to press to turn on, adjust time, adjust power. There's 2 pockets on the outside that hold the remote and my cell phone. You can easily unzip the little access zipper and get the remote or cell phone and I have a bottle of water close by that I can grab. I dry it out on the inside before getting out as it gets very wet from the steam and then use the chair to prop it open to dry out completely for the next day. I really like this sauna and it's taking the place of the gym sauna I used to go to before the covid19 gym shutdown.

Great product at great price !
Has all items need to function properly! Has the tank to steam on the outside of the sauna. There is the herbal box in the inside that you can put herbs in were the steam will flow through into the sauna (I also use oils). The sauna is packed in a small travel bag that you can use to fold up once done (but I haven't stopped using mine since my purchase). The sauna has a remote that will need batteries. There are outside pockets to hold the remote and phone while inside. As listed there is a opening for your head and hands. All you need is a folding chair and towel to wipe all the sweat when you are done!

It was a headache but I figured it out
The media could not be loaded. It took me 2 hours to figure out how to work it because it didn’t come with instructions. The brown top twist off and there is an attachment on the inside. I hope my video is helpful and you won’t get frustrated like me because I couldn’t find a video or instructions on this particular brand on any social media/internet platform. Quick suggestions. Keep water next to you at all times. Play your music before you get in. Use a towel to cover the white container or to separate it from your leg or you will get burnt. Wear fitness pants for safety purposes. Have something to sit on. I used a small ice cooler which worked for me and I was comfortable. I would’ve given 5 star’s if it didn’t take me 2 hours to figure it out and if I didn’t burn my leg.

Functions well; minor issues
It heats up after 10 minutes like the instructions say. The remote control works well. Mine came with the battery, which was a nice perk. I wish there were instructions on how to use the hotbox. I think I know how to, but I worry about messing the product up. The water collects and leaks on the edges of the bottom. For this issue, I suggest a large thick towel under the tent.

Used
Pretty sure this was used. There was one piece of hair inside the tub where the water goes in and another piece of hair stuck inside the package the tent was stuffed into. The cup where you put essential oils in also has black spots that I tried to wash off with alcohol but the some stains are pretty set in there. Also, there is mold underneath the seal as you can see in the picture I provided. I rubbed some of it off and it comes off so it’s definitely mold or something. To sit inside a sweat box that other people have sweated in is just gross. And it won’t even turn on! Not only is it used, it is broken!!!

Absolutely Garbage
The worst product I ever bought. It was cheap and dangerous. You can seriously burn yourself and land in the ER. The plastic tubing doesn’t stay in. And when I was trying to fold it the metal lining popped out. This is the worst product I ever bought. It was also dirty and looked as if it was used before. DO NOT BUY.
