I set the scene - my wife joined the Gym... it has lockers and she bought the gym offering padlock.Its a good quality padlock, perfect fo the gym locker. Its has four wheels to turn for the code, which operate with a solid click and efficiency. But there is one major problem - without her glasses on she can't see the code wheels!So her studious husband (thats me!) set about to resolve the situation, before the padlock soured the experience...I hunted high and low, far and wide and found many alternatives - none suitable for my wife... Until I found this.Having put a key holder on my mothers front door for her carers, I though the push button idea would work for my increasingly blind wife padlock needs... and set about to see if there was a padlock made with the keypad - and guess what... this is it!For the money, and use - a gym locker, the quality is great. If you're looking for a more secure item for a more important security need, then this is possibly not for that.Importantly, the shackle is a narrow gauge and fits the gym locker, which other padlocks didn't.So, as long as my wife can find the padlock, then using it at the gym is easy!

These are really flimsy and the instructions don’t make sense but most disappointing was the fact that you can’t change the default combination number and if you have two you have to mark them and learn the number for each lock

I wear glasses and needed a padlock I could use for locker without the need of my glasses. This padlock works well

What the materials do not tell you is that the codes cannot be changed on these from the 5 digit number that is supplied with it - so unless you are in a rush to learn a new 5 digit code these are not for you.
