Very satisfied with our buying experience and delivery from Amazon!

My wife wanted this loveseat for the sitting area in the bedroom. She had been searching for a while and came across this one. The only uncertainty was the color of the cushions. The color seemed brownish in some pictures and reddish in other pictures. It depended on which website she viewed the loveseat. Fortunately, when it arrive, she was satisfied with the color but liked the pattern a little less. Nevertheless, she is excited and loves the sofa. I also like the look that it adds to the bedroom.Unfortunately, we had a little incident during the delivery. Even though the delivery was suppose to include setup, the delivery team was just planning to drop it off at the entry of the foyer. First, I asked them to unpackage it so we can look at it, that I asked the male delivery person to help me get it through the entry into the bedroom. Both persons were very nice, cordial and pleasant to talk to while they were there. They had great customer-facing skills. But, it began to rain as they were about to pick up the packaging material and the young lady hurriedly grabbed a lot of the package and run from the doorway entry to their vehicle. On her way past the porch she knocked over a large clay pot. The driver and I wondered what the noise was and we realized it was the broken pot. She did not even realize it because she keep running and never looked back and went into the vehicle. (It must be something about women with rain and their hair🫢). The driver was very professional. Neither he or I was too excited about, just startled. He immediately provided me with the number of Amazon’s Customer Service. I called while he was there to make sure it was the correct number. I was also fortunate to find the replacement match for the 40” high vase. I have also been in contact with Amazon Customer Service to file the claim. I supplied details and pictures and am surprised about the layer of contacts and the process to settle the claim. It seems pretty straight forward to me. Plus that can confirm with the delivery team and avoid this lengthy process to settle the claim. We will see how long and complicated the process is. My 5 review score is for the loveseat only. May restore depending on the claim process.

Couch delivered broken

The furniture was beautiful unfortunately I had to return it as the stitching on the back of the sofa was loose and there wasn’t a replacement available and only a thirty day warranty on the furniture. A otherwise beautiful assist to any room.
