Really like this book. Lots of great salad ideas. What it needs to make it a great book is more photos. While it does include a number of images of the prepared salad, often the salads are just the recipes. However, if you are looking for great salad ideas then buy this book.

Surprisingly awesome recipes with lots of variety. So many dressing recipes to choose from, better than store-bought bottled.

Don't waist your money on store bought salad dressings, this book will change the way you look at salads.
