Disappointing Purchase
I purchased these gloves on Dec. 15, 2016. They arrived in the expected amount of time and, initially, I was pleased. They fit comfortably and were quite warm, with the wool outer shell and Thinsulate lining. I liked the fact that the cuff could be extended for more wrist coverage.I use the gloves solely for driving. Within two weeks one of the fingers developed a thin spot and small hole, which I immediately repaired. With daily use, it was not long before I noticed that thin spots were developing on all of the fingers. It is now one month later and the gloves look as though I have had them for years instead of a few weeks.I have never had wool gloves wear out in this manner before. I do not recommend the purchase of these gloves for daily wear and especially not if they are going to be exposed to any friction such as a steering wheel.

Finally, truly warm gloves!!
These actually are very warm - hard to find in retail stores or online. I live in Maryland and we've had unseasonably cold temperatures like other parts of the East Coast and elsewhere. "Real feel" temps down to -8F has not been uncommon. It's hard to find wool gloves for women, especially insulated ones. I am active all seasons and wind chill can really penetrate clothing and gloves if they're not suitable for COLD (not cool) climates. I am buying extra pairs -- these gloves are fantastic by themselves, no need for liners even when temp is in single digits. For extreme cold temps below zero, I suggest order 1 or 2 sizes up and use liners.

I was happily surprised when they came
I ordered these gloves because they come in individual sizes, not “one size fits most”. I have a hard time finding winter gloves that fit my long fingers, especially if they are lined. I was happily surprised when they came. My fingers fit the glove without any “webbing” when I spread out my fingers. They are very warm, and the wool knit isn’t scratchy around the cuffs. I highly recommend these gloves for people that have bigger hands. They are worth the price and I would buy again. The only thing that would improve these gloves would be to have a patch of leather on the palm and thumb to make them driving gloves 😊

Hands warm in Northeast cold!
My hands are always cold! I have found anything with Thinsulate typically keeps me the warmest. These gloves keep my hands warm even when not active (driving, waiting outside). I refrain from getting them wet. The smartouch works inconsistently on my iphone 8, but I also think that is because these gloves are not very tight on your fingers. I have large hands for a women and got a large. I have a tiny bit of space in the tips, but the the finger length is great. I am not confident the knit will hold up more than one season. I have tried MANY expensive brand ski-shop gloves. Theses are great for the cost!

Not Touch Screen Capable (even if that’s the pair you choose). But Warm
They’re really warm and comfortable, HOWEVER, I ordered the ones specifically with touchscreen in-abled fingers and they are not. I have an autoimmune disease (raynods) that makes it difficult to take gloves off (especially in the winter months) in order to use touchscreens. I purchased these gloves specifically for that purpose and they let me down. I should have returned them, but I took off all the pre packaging (binding etc), before testing them out. If you are buying these specifically for the touch screen capabilities I do not recommend them. If you want a pair of comfortable warm gloves, go for it. They seem durable as far as that goes.

Warm and snug
Bought these for my mother. We live in a pretty cold climate. She really likes how warm they are. Since she received them, our temps have climbed up to the 20's and 30's, so she hasn't tested them yet in the teens and negative temps. I got her a pair of wool mittens to layer over them when it gets really cold again. They have started pilling, of course, since they're wool, but these were purchased for function during outside chores so that's not an issue. I tried them on and they were pretty snug; bought a women's large, but I have large hands and that's typical of women's gloves. The fingers were long enough; some women's large fit only about 2/3s of the way down my fingers.

Fingers of gloves are too long
The gloves are a nice shade of red and are warm. However, the fingers extend about an inch beyond my fingertips. I wear a medium to large size glove and have normally proportioned fingers. If you have long fingers, these gloves will probably fit well. But if you have short fingers they probably will not fit.

REALLY NICE GLOVES, WELL MADE.
REALLY NICE GLOVES, I HAVE SMALL HANDS AND MY FINGERS ARE A TAD SHORTER THAN NORMAL, BUT THESE GLOVES FIT ME PRETTY WELL. I GOT THEM IN SMALL AND I THINK THEY WILL BE WARM IN COLD WEATHER. IF THEY WEREN'T SO PRICEY (SR. ON A FIXED INCOME) I WOULD GET THEM IN EVERY COLOR.I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Very warm gloves and nice looking at first
Very warm gloves and nice looking at first. I wore these only for driving and after a month they started to get "pill" with little fuzz balls all over, which I would pick off to make them look okay. The "Thinsulate" tags are falling off. Now they've developed a hole in the left thumb. Very disappointed in these, would not recommend.
