Size down
AnnChery products are great quality. These sleeves are made of spandex material. It is just on their powernet line. I say that to let you know to size down. Spandex stretches a lot but it soft to give you the comfort you want. I purchased a large off my contour measurements however i will be purchasing a small. Love the fabric and feel it’s just not giving me the proper compression
