Great study guide
Difficult to navigate in ebook format. Insightful look at familiar bible verses. I may look for this in paperback, in order not to struggle again.

Just started it, pretty good
FROM THE INTRODUCTION:MOST PEOPLE agree that Jesus was an amazing teacher and someone we could all learn from. At the same time, most of us have spent little time actually reading his story. The Daily Walk Bible: 31 Days with Jesus is an open invitation to do just that. In just 31 days you will read through all four Gospels, seeing Jesus and gaining insight into his purpose and message for us.This special e-book, taken from the pages of The Daily Walk Bible includes a simple reading plan to help you through. Each day includes an Overview which provides a bird's-eye view of that day's reading, an inspirational and practical My Daily Walk devotion, and an Insight which offers an interesting fact about the passage. Every seventh day you will be invited to pause and reflect - looking back over what you have read, looking forward to what is coming, and most importantly looking up to God.It's that simple, but be warned, Jesus has been changing lives for two thousand years--31 days, and yours won't be the same either.###Just started it, pretty good. I also recently finished Praying Today's Psalms: Yearning for God in Times of Despair (Christian Spiritual Growth) and found that to be a great spiritual help.

LOVE this book...
I can't say enough good things about this book. I finished all 31 days and there is no question I will read it again. There is so much in this book about Jesus' life that you can't absorb it in one reading. I loved the introductions to each day as it explained in plain English what was going to happen in the reading of the day. This really helped me get my head around the chapters in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. I have read these in the bible but they came to life for me reading this book. Definitely give it 5 stars for helping me truly understand these books and Jesus' life as a disciple and his ending (and beginning again).

Good Daily Devotional
You will walk through the four Gospels, accompanied by plain speaking commentary and insightful analysis of the scriptures. The translation is a modern one, and written in current English - which some might find off putting given how some words are translated. A good daily.

A Wonderful Study
The Bible can be overweight this walk through the four Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Like and John is perfectly divided to read through in a month. Something that can be done regularly until the words of the Lord is as alive in you as HE is.

Wonderful....
I used this a few years ago for my reading plan, the side bars, recaps and summaries are very enlightening, encouraging, some convicting but we all need that from time to time :-) Now I keep it a my desk at work for those days that I need a little dose of scripture in the day....Highly Recommend

Let down by poor formatting for Kindle
I downloaded this free for my Kindle, and it's quite interesting: it covers all four gospels with 3-4 chapters each day, plus 'insights', notes and and an overview at the beginning. There wasn't anything particularly different or new, but it was quite good to read the gospels in chunks like this, one account after another, over the run-up to Christmas. This ebook is apparently taken from a full 'Daily Walk Bible' which covers the entire Bible in a year, and was - in a sense - an advert or taster for it.The idea is good, unfortunately the Kindle version of this had quite bad formatting problems, with enormous, page-sized letters at the headings of the different sections, and (at the other extreme) little overview tables that were too tiny to read. It also had what appeared to be hyperlinks within the text to other parts of the Bible which did not work, as it's just an excerpt, but the editor did not think of removing these, which was a bit annoying. So while I would have given the general content and concept three-and-a-half or even four stars, the formatting let it down quite badly.Still, worth perusing for a good overview of the Gospels. Only available in e-book form.

Easy read
I've really enjoyed the simple language. Great for bible study. If you want to read more, you can always open an actual bible to the relevant page; I did this with some of the Book of Mathew where I wanted to know a little more about how he chilled with Jesus.Great book for someone who's never read the bible, or is rediscovering their faith.

an informative read
in the new year I thought I would read the bible in a year. In December I thought I would do this as a "warm up" I thought it would take some getting used to, as I have been using other daily bible notes for a while. I usually read the niv so thought a different version would make things a little more fresh. so far so good it's split up into a daily reading with a bit if historical background and something to reflect on. I would recomend

A great daily inspiration
A walk through the gospels, day by day....what a good beginning to each day. There is an overview to start each reading, with practical and relevant insight that is thought provoking. I enjoyed the layout very much and looked to download the daily walk through the whole bible. I have been a Christian for over 30 years and read through many studies and daily notes. This is one of the best in my opinion.
