Super cute fountain & Great Customer Service!
I liked the size, design and affordability of this little fountain. I have a small deck outside my room that I made into a retreat as it’s enclosed with bamboo reed screen for privacy and ambiance. After adding seating, many plants, solar lights and other decor, I wanted a water feature, specifically the sound of water cascading. I needed something that would fit size wise and of course, look nice. I found this fountain and felt it fit perfectly for all my wants and needs, it is very budget friendly and arrived in just a couple of days. Upon its delivery, I immediately unboxed it to assemble, which was quick and easy. I know others said they needed to make modifications but I just followed the directions and it went together easily and as expected so, maybe there have been adjustments made on their end? After assembling I filled full of water before turning on and once plugged in, it was just as advertised and water was cascading down from the top tier into the bottom bowl. It looked and sounded great! I was very pleased with my purchase and took video which I sent along to friends and family who were all surprised at its price point and thought it was really cute. I don’t keep it running continuously but only when home and have my door open so I can hear the water. I sit out on my deck in the early mornings and in the evenings after work because it’s so relaxing, the fountain definitely helped me achieve the goal of creating a nurturing and relaxing space. Then this past weekend I noticed the water level was rapidly dropping and then noticed my rug was getting soaked. I unplugged it immediately to investigate what could have happened? I had not had any previous issue whatsoever with its performance at all. I refilled it back to the recommended level in an attempt to try and find the leak but couldn’t seem to locate it. I kept trying for a couple of days as I was really bummed not to have my water feature…I just couldn’t figure it out and I couldn’t use it anymore so, I got on Amazon to see what could be done…the 30 day return window had come and gone, I was bummed. I decided to reach out to the seller & honestly, was not expecting much but boy was I pleasantly surprised. Not only did they get back to me in a timely fashion responding right back to my email. They acknowledged my issue, verified my purchase and told me not only that a new fountain was on the way but not to worry about sending back the old one and to keep it for parts just in case! Wow!!! Not what I was expecting or what is typical, GOOD customer service is hard to come by and because of this, I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again. I had already shared videos etc with friends and family as previously stated and I know at least one of them want to purchase the same fountain. I will encourage them to do so for sure. It shouldn’t matter the cost of an item purchased, it should perform as promised and if not, it should be made right which was exactly how this situation was handled by the seller, with integrity and professionalism. What an all around good experience it has been to buy this product from this seller, I’m stoked on the fountain and the seller👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👊🏼

Beautiful, affordable, & fairly easy to assemble
The only trick to assembling this thing is that you needed to understand mechanics. The housing that the pump needed to be fit into has a pipe that must fit on top of the pump hole. That pipe has a washer and nut under it and it was fit tight, and longer, so that until you screw the nut looser the pipe won't budge. Once you do loosen it, it can be raised and pump squeezed neatly under it and you must tighten the nut and washer again to hold it in place. I'm not sure why they didn't have that assembled in the box, because while it only took me a little time to figure out how it worked, if you don't understand why it doesn't fit and how to fix it, it could be frustrating, and even maybe the pipe not setting right it could loosen later and stop working. Hoping in my case it keeps going and if not, I'll update the review. For me, with careful assemblying, all the parts fir together well and held snug. It is a little light weight. I will probably by more ancors, or try filling it with small rocks and tape bottom to hold them in. Anyways with pump set to high, it is a beautiful display and the water sound is peaceful and attracted squirrels and birds already. Also, be sure to top off the water daily. If you leave it running the summer heat evaporates some and critters drink or splash some water out

Bad choice, dead bird
I liked this fountain at first, even though it’s quite obviously a cheap plastic imitation of antiqued metal. It worked well enough and the birds didn’t worry about aesthetics. I enjoyed the sounds of water and birds. Then last week tragedy struck and we found a little sparrow drowned in the largest bowl. When I bought the fountain, I was focused on the bubbler on top to hopefully attract hummingbirds. None came, but sparrows and starlings came daily. The larger concrete birdbaths in the yard got all the action from the other birds. At the fountain, at first the birds only perched and sipped. I noticed that none landed on the upper tiers—they’re too small. The large bottom bowl, though, has a wide and slippery edge that’s hard for the birds to grasp onto. Sometimes the little ones slipped in accidentally and scrambled out. Eventually, some starlings got the courage to bathe, and a few sparrows too but they were cautious. Then last week, while no one was watching, a sparrow either tried to bathe or accidentally slipped in from the edge and couldn’t get enough footing to get out. All the while, it was getting soaked by the dripping from the tier above. I’m heartbroken over the struggle it had that ultimately failed. I didn’t think it was deep enough to add rocks and maybe it wasn’t the water but the struggle that doomed that little creature. Either way, I can’t recommend this fountain. I will be getting rid of mine and I will destroy it because I don’t want anybody else to take it from the curb and put it in their yard. The fountain has at least three fatal flaws: the main bowl is too deep and slippery for small birds to bathe without rocks; the rim is too wide and slippery for birds to grip; all the tiers, including the main bowl, are too small for bathing. In the main bowl, especially, birds can’t bathe without being drenched from above. I’ve since added rocks to the bowl, but now we worry that the water level will fall too low for the pump so it’s not running. It’s just a mute reminder of a bad choice and a dead sparrow.

Lightweight Plastic Fountain
Glad I didn’t pay 68.00 for this fountain, got it for 37.00 as an Amazon resell. I’d say it’s worth that. It’s very lightweight and hard to get leveled to where the water flows off the tiers evenly on all sides, managed to get it to an acceptable flow pattern. Can’t wait until the cat jumps up on it. I piled some large rocks around the base to help with the short anchor staples, maybe it will stay upright. It is pretty and the pump works fine, don’t know how durable it will be in the long run, if it lasts the summer I will be happy. Gave it 4 stars, it works, it’s pretty, a little costly if you pay full price.

Great little fountain and birdbath for a great price
I couldn't be happier with this fountain. I was frankly surprised to see the low rating and read all the negative reviews. I thought it assembled easily and intuitively. Our birds here absolutely love it, both big and small. We have hummingbirds all the way up to roadrunners and everything in between who enjoy it all day for drinking and bathing. It's been 115°+ for the past week here in the Southwest and I run it all day and then fill it in the evening so it runs all night for our little friends. Disassembling the top fountain assembly for cleaning is quick and easy. The surfaces get black algae after a couple days because of the heat here, so I simply disassemble the fountain parts, scrub them down with an OXO dish brush and Dawn liquid, rinse and reassemble. Takes maybe 10 minutes every few days.

Works but crooked
Looks exactly like pic. It works great but is lopsided as other viewers said, I have to prop it up on one side with rocks to make it level. Used for one summer so far. It is molded plastic.

Great product for the price
For $30 ish dollars, I would have been happy if this fountain had lasted one summer. We're more than halfway through the second summer and it's still going strong. It is very lightweight, but I like that - it's easy to move, dump out, etc., and despite it's flimsy feel, it looks really nice. The fountain does require some time and maintenance to keep it working properly. Sometimes when I squirt it out to clean it (without emptying it completely), the water stops flowing. For some strange reason, if I take off the top dome, and give it a minute, it starts back up. Sometimes I have to take off a few more tiers. Why removing tiers on the outside of the water tube would affect what's going on inside the tube/pump, I don't know, but it always works. Another thing to note - about once a week, I take off all the tiers down to where the pump is under the bottom dome and wash the fountain out well. It gets really dirty inside that dome, and lots of birds drink from it, so I try to keep the water clean. I've found that when re-assembling, the top dome doesn't screw all the way down. It never feels tight, but it still works. The re-assembling can be done with the water flowing. Last note - the first summer, I had the fountain up against the house since that's where the electrical outlet is. The birds never came near it. This summer, I ran an extension cord out to under a large tree. Now it's full of birds all the time. They love it!

Overlooking flaws to enjoy the price.
Where do I start? One hour to try to get the pump in place. It’s so forced that you think you’re not doing it right. No answer when you call company! Remaining parts go in place easily. Lightweight. Because it’s plastic, basin isn’t level no matter how many times you screw it in to the plastic pole base. The water won’t flow as shown unless it is perfectly level. I used shims to get it perfectly level. I figure for the price, I may not return it. It’s quiet if that’s what you’re looking for (like a trickling sound) even when pump is at full throttle. It’s attractive and looks like it’s worth a little more. Just beware that unless it’s PERFECTLY level (plastic basin was not), water flows only on one side. Having said all that, I got what I paid for and will adjust with shims so water flows nicely. Worth the price and frustration.
