Awesome...
This worked EXACTLY as advertised. I followed the directions, which are easy, to the letter. I used it to coat a stepping-stone with two coats and placed shiny new pennies on the first coat after it cured so they would "float" above the stone. It looks Awesome. That was a test. Next, my homemade kitchen table." Here are some pointers.1.) I purchased a "marked" mixing bucket at Lowe's for $2 that allowed me to measure and mix exact amounts.2.) I purchased a cheap 6" plastic putty knife at Lowe's and snipped 1/8 inch teeth into it allowing me to spread the resin to the same thickness evenly. (I could not find a 6" plastic scraper with teeth already in it except for the metal "mastic" trows for spreading adhesive. I just didn't want to use metal for fear of scratching my nice wood"3.) I purchased a "stir stick" made of plastic so no wood splinters could get into the mix and got one with holes in it to allow the mixture to flow while stirring.4.) I mixed twice as long as I thought would work, so both ingredients were well incorporated5.) I used a self-igniting propane torch to remove ALL bubbles after applying and spreading the coat. A back and forth sweep about 8 inches from the surface.6.) I sealed the concrete with spray polyurethane two days prior to ensure the resin would not bubble when absorbed.7.) I allowed the resin to sit undisturbed for 24 hours before applying the second coat.8.) I used a large room (to reduce dust) that was well ventilated, though there was really no odor.9.) I used examination gloves I got from the doctor on my last visit.10.) I put down a tarp, quad folded, under the work as there will be drips.11.) I used a level to ensure the resin would not "pool" to one side. For a stand, I used a plastic 30-gal trash-can with no lid and pulled the table to one side or the other using its weight to level it out when at rest. The table top is 48"x48" and the trash can kept it stable enough to work on. I used a 5-gal feed bucket for the stepping stone.Good luck with your project. :) Below are examples of the tools I used.[...]

Best creative bar top epoxy ever
totally awesome.Made an 8' x 4' counter top using plywood base and affixed trim before pouring. There were almost zero drips, but I was fairly fastidious about the seams. During first pour, I put dark colored sand in, and some light colored stones with little starfish around the edges. I made no attempt to get the bubbles out, and actually shook the crap out of the mix by hand for two minutes against the recommendations. The bubbles made the counter top look like an undersea landscape, and only two affected the surface. There were hardly any bubbles by the end, it was a little disappointing. The finished surface scratches somewhat easily, but still looks great unless you are really paying attention to the scratches. They can be buffed out, but I'm too lazy to do that yet. Hot things and really heavy things make an indentation (and for some weird reason big pickle jars, even when empty) but given some time (maybe a month) they bounce back to normal without interference.Making more things with it soon, a bistro table for a friend, and another bar top with matching island top for my basement.

Good but....
This product gives a good smooth finish as long as you follow the instuctions to the letter. The only draw-back is that it will not set properly with the first coat or two on an oil-based product. I stained some hard wood with a cherry finish and the first coat of resin pooled and pitted everywhere. It needed another two coats before it set perfectly flat. Having said that, the instructions do describe this and the product did turn out perfectly.

Worked as stated
Mixed it with saw dust and used it to level a sub-floor in prep for hardwood flooring install. Worked fine with fill depths of 1/4 inch in some spots.Follow directions closely and keep mix ratio tightly controlled.

love it
I have been buying small bottles from home depot for a while when my projects are bigger. I was happy to find this in larger quantity and a great price.
