As with any essential oils a little goes a long way. These essential oils are great. The smell really nice and earthy and aren’t too overwhelming. The little box it comes in is super cute and makes it so easy to keep up with the oils. I run it during nap time in my classroom.

I’ve been out of my immunity support for to weeks and got sinus pain very strong. I usually use the immunity oil and I haven’t gotten sick so I would really recommend it to everyone

I did some research online and found this brand to be reputable for quality essential oils. I've been using them every night in my diffuser (specifically the breath one sometimes mixed with another) and it's definitely helped with seasonal allergies. Smell is good too!
