Spray onto foot, let it dry, bingo, no more rubs or blisters and lasts ages! Does smell a bit (a nice smell) so use in well ventilated room

Just love this product. I hate wearing tights or pop socks in the summer but also really dislike my feet sticking to the insole of sandals or shoes. This really works, that's all I can say.
