Sturdy and user friendly
This was on my wish list for sometime then I finally purchase. So glad I did so and to have this product able to do moves couldn’t before. Very sturdy and can use for multiple functions.

Great
Absolutely love it. The stand could have come with better assembly instructions.

Great buy
Great communication with seller. Easy to assemble- followed YouTube instructions. I have mine set up at the second to highest setting- due to ceilings in townhome couldn’t go all the way up but still perfect for in home aerial yoga. During set up I had to get help to stand it all the way up- so far I haven’t folded it up to put away but I think I may need some help with that too. Compared to the cost of other rigs I’ve seen this one was very affordable and sturdy. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice at-home rig, though has its limitations
I bought this for aerial practice at home since all the usual gyms I attend were closed. Though it's not the same as a ceiling mount, its a good stand-in for those of us living in apartments or who can't install permanent fixtures to their living space. I bought the bundle of the stand along with the aerial hammock, after checking out a couple youtube videos of people using the product.Value: The price was reasonable for the product, and the height can be adjusted depending on your building's ceiling. Adjusting the height was fairly easy to do.Assembly: Fortunately the company had some online instructional videos in addition to the included paper document, which made it easy to follow along. I found the steps fairly easy to follow, though it probably helps to have an extra pair of hands to help assemble it (however, I was able to assemble it myself). For my ceiling which is about 8 feet, I initially assembled the pieces too tall and wasn't able to stand the frame up. However, it wasn't too laborious to adjust the frame (to the fourth hole) and then i was good to go. I would advise tightening all of the bolts with a wrench once you've assembled the entire thing (probably common sense if you've assembled furniture before, but if you're like me and still find the book "Adulting" educational, it's worth mentioning).Sturdiness/Use: I'm still getting used to this frame. I'd advise going slow to start and trying some easy suspensions before inverting, etc. One thing that is challenging is doing middle splits or certain tricks like gazelle or certain leg hangs that require some twisting of the fabric - my legs bump into the sides of the frame. Doing wrist locks, basic inversions, and front splits seem to work ok, though. For stretching/antigravity fitness I could see this being pretty useful as you can probably fairly easily make this work for the resistance training part of things. I don't think it's quite a replacement for the setup of my aerial classes but it works for the meantime.Hammock: So the hammock I am using in the picture is not the one included in the set - it's my own hammock that came with another rig. I did not like the hammock that was included with this rig because the material felt kind of cheap and not what I'm used to using. It was kind of papery and felt like one of those cheap backpacks rather than the silky feeling of the stuff used at most studios. I did like the daisy chains and used them to hang my own hammock (pictured); the carabiners I purchased at a local hardware store.Overall review: I think this is a good, cost effective and practical aerial yoga stand especially useful if you can't hang a ceiling mount. It has its limitations and if you're into more of the Cirque, performative hammock tricks (like drops, more advanced belays, etc) it may be challenging to do some of those maneuvers. But for basic home training, stretching or even just relaxing in savasana it does the trick.
