Only takes a few seconds to switch between the different setups so very convenient.Overall very sturdy and a sensible weight you would expect - presume there will be lighter/cheaper frames available but the trade off will be the quality.Definitely helps to produce a smoother looking video and would recommend for any budding videographers.
