Good for my small room
Good volume and sound. Not a ton of bass but good enough for my room. Probably not good for some audiophiles living room.No complaints. Would be nice if the remote was backlit.Bluetooth works great with the phone, no crazy extra complicated steps, works every time. Well worth the price.

Sleek Mini Soundbar That Won't Break The Bank
This is a sleek bit of mini-soundbar in elegant gloss black that looks like a million bucks on your desk. The Creative Stage soundbar has its own proprietary sound card tech built into it and it sounds amazing, especially if you max out the bass and treble.Minus a star for the cheesy subwoofer, but I presume that’s about the economy of scale and maintaining a low price point. Do yourself a favor and mate it to this Bestian mini sub https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09H26JSFH/You can mate this to any existing sub by using a splitter Y-cable like this UGREEN https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LM0ZGK6/?th=1, plugging your existing sub into one of the two cable inputs. The Creative soundbar should NOT be plugged into the subwoofer’s thru port but plug directly into your PC via the Y-splitter cable so that the soundbar receives full range sound, unfiltered by the subwoofer’s built-in crossover. At full range, the soundbar has a rich and dynamic sound thanks to Creative Stage (formerly Creative Labs, long time makers of the absolute best in desktop audio)’s external sound card built into the soundbar itself. If you run the soundbar through the subwoofer (instead of running it along with the sub in parallel) the soundbar will not sound as good.Suggest you begin with top volume knob set to 12 o’clock and bottom frequency knob set somewhere between 9 and 10 o’clock, then slowly adjust to suit your taste. If you turn this thing all the way up and rotate the freq knob all the way to the right, the sub will sound like garbage. Take your time and try a bunch of different settings and you will find your sweet spot.Used with the Bestian mini subwoofer (sub-$80 pricing), I have a desktop PC sound system that thumps harder and sounds on par with if not better than many premium systems.Minus one star for auto shut-off only in Bluetooth mode. Mated to a better sub, sure, you can game with this, but my guess is this product is best geared for general purpose media use.

Decent sound and feature set
Let me preface this review by saying that I purchased this for a friend whose speakers in his laptop died, but I did play with it for a couple of days before he came over to get it. The price was nice considering it was a Creative product and had a good set of features. I thought the audio could be a little brighter, but overall it is a solid product. The Bluetooth connection is sometimes a little janky, but that could be due to the older version being used. I had read a few professional reviews that said it wasn't loud enough, but honestly if you can't hear it, I have to question what kinda of noisy hellscape they tested it in and whether they needed to have their hearing checked. This is not going to be the soundbar you want for pumping music out for a giant party, but it certainly doesn't whisper either. The size could be a bit smaller but it isn't huge, nor is it heavy. All in all it is serving it's purpose, it sounds decent enough for what it is designed and being used for and most importantly, my friend is happy with it!

Great price, fits perfectly under a monitor, good sound, can take it out if I want
I purchased Creative Soundbar, as I need a reasonably-priced speaker for my new desktop, and I don't like cheap-looking speakers. This one sits perfectly under my HP LCD monitor (see the picture), and the speaker looks good (I also like the blue/green LED lights). Looks much better than cheap speakers from (probably Chinese) brands that we never heard of. I know Creative, and indeed my MB has a Creative chip to take care of the sound, so I thought I can trust Creative in terms of quality. I think the speaker looks good, especially considering the price. This speaker is advertised as dual purpose of using with a desktop or taking it out as a portable speaker, since it has a battery. You can connect either with Bluetooth or usual Audio connector. I tried Bluetooth with my iPhone and I can play music in my iPhone without any problem. So I could take it out for a picnic, relying on its battery, if I want, although I am not sure if I ever do it. I basically use this as a desktop speaker, always powered, connected to desktop with an audio cable.Because it is also marketed as portable speaker, there is auto power off after 15 min of inactivity. This is inconvenient if you use the speaker with a desktop computer and want to leave the speaker on all the time. Every time you do not touch the computer for more than 15 min, you need to push the power button to turn the speaker on. Otherwise the speaker doesn't work. However, as some reviewer mentioned, I found Creative provides a firmware which disables auto power off. I installed it and now there is no longer auto power off. Well done Creative!Sound-wise, I am by no means an expert, but it sounds much better than your typical two-small speakers. Bass is much stronger, and I enjoy watching movies more with this speaker, than other (cheap) speakers I have. of course there's no comparison with my serious speakers in terms of sound quality, but for a speaker to be used with a desktop PC, with this price point, I am super happy.
