Took a while to fit. Comfotable & of good quality.

Firstly remember that you need to screw bottom plastic parts WHLIST having a screwdriver on top to hold the screws IT'S the only way to prevent it from moving like others claim. Secondly it won't fit every basin so you can always return it. I am super pleased with mine. Had many over the years and none of them were removable which is sooo cool to keep the toilet clean! Next is the soft close... no more slamming even at night. And then there is this thermoplastic... normally if my toilet had window open and it would get cold the toilet seat would be super cold too but NOT THIS ONE. for a woman and for me is so essential and sooo comfortable. Love it and grey colour looks super with our decor.

Thank you so much to whoever designed this! It fits any type of toilet fitting. In my parents house I had a stupid plug fitting (you can't unscrew it from the bottom) you have to scre it out of the toilet itself. Obviously the scre was stuck after several years of use, so I had to cut it off using angle grinder. Then... Yes! This beautiful toilet seat came with the plugs that fired perfectly. I didn't even know they come with them. It was the easiest install I have ever done!Just to recap, they include fittings for both types of toilets. The ones that screw through the toilet and at the bottom and the one which is crews into the toilet itself.Thank you again! It was amazing and I will be installing this seat in my other apartments too. It's just too good not too.

Its a nice toilet seat and it was easy to install the only issue is that it seems to come loose so easily which isnt ideal. I like the soft close lid.

Since I moved into my flat a few years ago I have had a succession of toilet seats. They all had to be replaced for pretty much the same reason and that was corrosion of the screws and hinges. My brother has the slow close seats in his house and I decided to get the same. They are so easy to fit and the fittings are stainless steel so no more corrosion. It is very stylish and the seat can be removed by pressing a button for cleaning. It is the first seat I have had that can be centralised without having to keep taking the seat off.

Update: Amazon sent me a replacement one. Same issue. Grey. Would be a very nervous game going to the toilet- as if you leans forward it would come off the back hinges and you’d slide forward. Absolutely dreadful! Very dangerous. Do not buy the grey ones.Previous review: Absolutely rubbish. I am onto my second one. I thought maybe it was a seat issue so got a replacement one sent and still... falls off. Even if you’re sat on it and sit up straight, that motion with make it come out of the securing rods.I have the grey one and whether they were made in a different place to the white I don’t know. But it’s so utterly shocking how AWFUL this toilet seat is. I’m going to have to take it off and go without one until I get a new one as at least I won’t live in fear of falling of the seat mid use.If I was an older or elderly or disabled person using this I could have sued for the potential injury this could cause. I’m able to catch myself as I’m falling or the seat as it’s slipping of the toilet unit. But a older or less able person couldn’t.I really can’t stress how bad this feels or is when going to use the seat. And it’s not just when you sit on it. It’s when you lift the lid. So you have to push the seat away from the lid and hold that in place ready to sit. JOKE!!
