This has become my everyday bag, not just for travel. It looks nice and the exterior pockets are exactly what I need: one for my phone, one for my reading glasses, one on each side for a water bottle and for my sunglasses. And there's an exterior zip compartment where I keep my keys. The interior holds plenty and has two slip pockets for a credit card case and anything else, and a zippered compartment where I keep lip balm, hand cream etc. My only issue is that they designed an exterior pocket with a zipper on the bottom to go over the handles of a suitcase. I don't ever use that because I have a larger bag for travel that I slip over the suitcase handles. And with daily use I find that the zipper can come undone so you could loose whatever you put in that pocket. Otherwise just about perfect!

Love this purse. Used exclusively in NY. Easy to clean, RFID wallet is great. Comfortable. Highly recommend for travel.

Overall I really like this purse but agree with some of the negative features others noted. Pros - The medium sized interior fits all my items (wallet, small bag with random stuff, saline, Tylenol, lotion). The interior zip pocket is good sized. Bag has lots of outside slip pockets, which is the main reason I like this and my items fit well in them - iPhone 13mini in one side pocket, sunglasses in the other, and iPhone 14 in “hidden” phone compartment. The construction is good but only time will tell if it lasts like my other Baggallinis. Finally, I’m 5’4” and the strap when fully shortened fits me perfectly. My arm rests comfortably right on the top of the bag, which I can’t say for the new model of this bag (the Modern Everywhere) that rests too low even with the strap shortened. Cons - The “red” accents aren’t really red, more of a pinkish/brown/sort of red. The key loop snap didn’t snap into place but I just replaced it as I didn’t see the need to return for that. The side pockets will hold a regular store bought bottle of water but don’t fit my Camelbak bottle; not a dealbreaker for me as this isn’t my travel purse. The side pocket fits my iPhone mini perfectly but is a bit too shallow for the larger phone, which will be a bummer in a couple yrs since manufacturers stopped making smaller smart phones.

I looked and looked at Baggallini purses. I was using one I had purchased several years ago. One that had a large compartment with dividers, and several pockets. It was a tad small, but I really was happy with it, and it was durable and washed well. Sadly, I couldn't find a replacement. They no longer made this style. I tried the only one I could find with a sectioned large compartment and tried to love it, but it was ridiculously large. I researched more and came upon this purse. I had to compromise my desire for sections, but I am really happy I found it. The fabric is very nice, the compartment and pockets are sufficient and nicely lined. And after having this purse for a month I stumbled upon the "secret" slip pocket that I had thought was a figment of my imagination, but somehow I never saw it. Unbelievable that I could be so unobservant. I wasn't thrilled with the color choices that were available when I purchased my purse, but I'm honestly proud of it simplistic appearance and quality. Please add some more compartment sections, and keep up the pockets, quality and ease of owning a Baggallini product.

First off, I love purses and handbags. Love them! I have dozens of expensive, leather bags, representing every high-end designer you can think of. I have bought bags in Spain, Italy and other countries known for their superior leather products. But this bag…THIS BAG …is perfection. Unlike my beloved leather bags, this one is lightweight and easy to carry all day long. Unlike my gorgeous fabric bags, this one is durable, and allows me to organize everything I need to carry - including my iPad mini and a flashlight (ladies, never leave home without one!). What this bag lacks in designer cachet and panache, it more than makes up for in practicality and just, plain smarts. I travel a lot, both for work and pleasure, and this bag - THIS BAG! - is the best every day and travel bag ever, with spaces for almost anything you might need on an airplane, strolling the Champs Élysées or just running to your local supermarket. I have stopped my daily switching out of bags to match my outfits, and instead, just carry one of the 3 colors of this bag that live in my closet. Don’t get me wrong - the other handbags in my extensive, international designer collection are works of art, and I love them. But, like art, I think I will be hanging them gallery style on my walls. This bag - THIS BAG - with its lightweight, durable practicality is my go-to forever. I plan to buy every color, eventually. By-the-way: it is a very attractive bag, all on its own. If you can’t make it rock every outfit you own, re-think your outfit.

My first purchase was one of those buys that is so perfect for me, that like a great pair of shoes, it’s tempting to by it in every color. The zippers work great. The strap stays in the spot I’ve adjusted it to. I like the soft, light colored lining so that I’m not digging in a black hole for items. The interior pockets are of adequate size and positioned properly for storage and accessibility. Several weeks later, I ordered another color. Frustratingly, it is assembled incorrectly, and I’m sending it back. Now gun shy about trying again. First photo (mushroom color) shows the interior pockets against the back wall of the main compartment. Perfect. This way, items in the pockets on the outside front of the bag balance with the items stored in the interior back pockets and all are easily accessed. The second purse shown in the next two photos (dark color) shows the interior pockets against the front wall of the interior pocket. When I loaded the purse, it was weighted awkwardly, and all of the pockets (interior and exterior) were stacked together, making carrying, accessing, or even standing the bag up is problematic. If properly assembled, I’d give this bag a 5. Improperly assembled, a 2.5.
