Great for Quick Light-duty Cleaning
My neighbor let me borrow the 20 volt version of this tool for some light cleanup of my patio after we had some concrete work done. I was impressed with how lightweight it was, and how easy it was to use. It was able to effectively remove the dust and film left over from the concrete work from most of the surfaces (bricks, stone, cement, metal, etc.) in the patio area. It was also useful for removing the water stains from around potted plants. I subsequently purchased the 40V version of the tool, since it’s more powerful (450psi vs 320psi) and has somewhat longer battery life (about 45 min of continuous operation vs 30 min). I found, after using the tool, that the extra power was only slightly more effective, and the tool itself was somewhat heavier than the 20V version. You have to consider cost, weight, relative power and your application to decide which version of the tool is best for you.

Small & compact
First, I had to return for credit because I am a petite person & was looking for a lightweight, manageable power cleaner. This almost checked off my boxes except for the weight after the 2 batteries were attached. I had difficulty managing holding and directing the washer for any length of time. I do believe the product is well made and have no problem with the quality, just didn't work for me.

Great for the lake - clean off the Seagull $..t
Super easy to use - just throw the hose in the lake and take aim at those nasty deposits from the flying rats. We have one extra special (and very regular) Seagull that decided he liked the Bimini perch on our boat to do his daily deed. In fact, he came in every morning a nearly the exact same time. If I didn't know better I swear he had a newspaper under one wing and a half full cup of Joe under the other. It doesn't seem possible that all of the shhh-tuff could come out of one bird. At least now we have the heavy artillery to handle the tapestry of goo pasted on our black boat cover. This thing works on cleaning off the dock too and using both batteries on high power lasts about 30 mins which is about perfect for tidying things up.

Drains batteries fast
So I use this on a daily basis, two 4.0 heavy duty batteries will last 1.5 hours tops! It’s also bulky and back end heavy due to the batteries adding excess weight, I feel as though they should offer a bundle pack with a harness with a strap to help hold the Worx power washer to help against strain and discomfort on your shoulder and arm holding it for long periods of time. The hose should also be upgraded to a kink-free hose, over time it kinks all throughout the hose whether you “try” to take care of it or not, close to the power washer device where you connect it “bends and kinks” a non kink sleeve would be very beneficial in the design. The original Worx power washer is paper weight compared to this heavy duty version. All in all it’s just ok.

Out of box, setting up. Wont pull water
So far, my replacement Worx gun ( my original i liked was the 20v single version) worx'ed well enough for my task. Finally died , replaced with this Dual 20v (40v) version. it turns on, isnt pulling water through the hose fast enough to spray out.Trying to preload the water (which seems idiotic to me) maybe a short hose attachment, (primer hose) and have that double as a 'bottle hose' (which would be seconds of spray i assume)im going to retry again in a bit, reread the odd directions. (2 diff cards, with one set of instructions) found the 'primer one' on the handle. other booklet doesnt say anything about priming with water.so far, not a good feel.

Works Awesome!
I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She lives in an apartment with a huge balcony. She loves this thing and uses it all the time to keep her balcony and outdoor furniture clean from flying dirt do to construction. She puts the long water tube in her kitchen sink and runs the water to never run out of water as she uses it. It's been very handy.

High expectations....Not...
Ok guys n gals...I own 2 hydroxhots..the 20 Amp and now the 40..I own a hvac business so we use them on commercial roofs and at residential homes. I'm so upset by this double battery model. I tried to clean 4 garbage cans at my home and I couldn't get through all 4. Weird thing is the single battery seems to spray harder then the double. It surely lasts longer. I use it roughly 2 times a week. Is like to use it for 30 minutes a shot but I'm not getting 10 minutes on full battery's. When I mean the battery's go dead I mean it don't split water or anything if just dies. I do not recommend purchasing at all.. I've bought 3 tools in 2 years. I don't use these 2 battery's for any other tools. It's like to return it but it's a year old now and just sits in my van. I'm going to look for a new brand. I have 8 employees and all of us use a washer. I'll update the review if I find a good brand.. maybe work will send batteries to try.. but I'm telling you the psi can't be real either
