This solved my problem in 10 minutes!
This may be a very specific use case, but I cannot be the only person who has ever had a clogged dishwasher outflow. My portable dishwasher, which has served me faithfully for 12 years or so, despite my neglect, finally got overwhelmed by the food debris that has run through it. The drain pump couldn't drain and the wash cycle would shut off because of water in the tub. I tried snaking it, but since the debris was on the other side of the pump from the hose, the snake was ineffective. I tried baking soda and vinegar, which worked a few times, enough to get the dishes washed, but the clog became a weekly thing. The outflow hose has a pretty narrow diameter, so pouring anything down from that end was basically impossible. So I decided to look for something that might help, and I found this little water snake. I crossed my fingers that it would fit down the hose and I ordered it. It fit! Hooking it up to the faucet was a breeze, once I figured out where I had left my pliers. I turned it on and water jetted out all over the place until- it broke through the clog and suddenly it started to fill the bottom of the dishwasher tub! Next time I will wrap it with a cloth or something. I pulled the water snake out, re-attached the dishwasher hose and did a trial run. BAM! The things works, and flows and does what a dishwasher is supposed to do, and the less than $20 I spent on this little water snake saved me the cost of either a major repair bill or a new dishwasher. It is PERFECT for this problem. I imagine it can also blast the hell out of all sorts of other clogs, but this was my clog and I am so happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Very stiff plastic, difficult to follow bends
It is difficult to use on pipes with a tight bend. Depending on where you use it, you will probably still need another hose to reach from a faucet.

Product got the job done when used with a snake
I used this product to help open a very slow drain that was backing up when used. I would later find that it was partially plugged with drain sludge and a bit of hair. I used the thin water hose to work it into the drain until I hit an obstruction, and I then turned on the water (hot) to help cut through the blockage. I found that the plastic material would soften (not a surprise) when hot water was run through it. Nevertheless, it did get into the problem area, and it opened up the drain well enough to follow with a steel ribbon-type snake. That opened the drain. The slender profile helped it get into the place it needed to do. The water jet helped cut through the sludge. The only downside was that the plastic lost its stiffness when heater. I ended up running a bit of cold water through it to work it into place (to keep it firm), and then switched to hot water. This opened things up enough to snake it out.

Could be more flexible
Great concept, but poor choice of material for the hose. This would be an excellent product if the hose was more flexible to get past the P trap. I let hot water flow for a bit thinking it would soften the plastic, but it still wouldn't make the curve.

stiff hose
I used this and will not return it because of that, but it is difficult to use. I used it on a bathroom sink that my old one (similar to the) needed a part and I could not get the part easily. The hose on this one is too stiff and too slick and that makes it hard to get into the drain even when it is attached and one is using only hot water. One would think that using hot water would make it more flexible and maybe it does a bit, but mostly it is hard to use. I used three different ways to clear this drain, this being one of them. It is much better now, but not completely clear and I hope once the national issues are better, I can go to the hardware store and fix the one I have used for many years.
