Good product at reasonable price
The product is good, and the price is reasonable. However, on the negative side, it only works for one or at most two years before needing replacement, in my case.

its operational life ended in just one week
i had purchased the product for my grandfather. it lasted just for a week. after a week it stopped switching on. changed batteries one by one but it did not help. now after 5 months the information has reached me as my grandfather could not tell me coz he didnt want to hurt my emotions. clearly it is a waste of money and time. the fake products should not be sold as items which hold strong moral and emotional support for old people.

Value for money!
I bought the product in June 2022 for my mother who has 60-70% hearing loss and still it worked very well for her. I bought this with a hesitation as the product claims only for people with 50% hearing loss but I am happy with its performance. There is a buzzing sound you hear but that drops (not fully though) when the bud is locked in the ear properly.On average, the battery lasted for more than 100hrs which is beyond my expectation.Now, after using the product heavily for around 9 months, the product is damaged and doesn't work. It looks like the wire at the joint where bud in the ear connects to the rest of the device is cut/disconnected. Not sure if this can be repaired.

Not worth
I bought this for my grandmother but lasted only couple of days. Not worth the buy. My granny was unable to hear normal volume at all with this product. I dont recommend it. Please consult doctor and buy as per his instructions.

High Price
Like:Sound is good. Machine is light weight.Have 6 batteries, 3 Ear buds.Dislike:Battery life is horrible, have to change every 9-10 days. Ther seems to be some loose connection near wires.No indication at volume leveler. There should have been some number for indicating volume level.Update: Material quality is bad, there's a loose contact in wiring and has stopped working. Money wasted.
