Its Delta brand. It works on those Kitchen Faucets that Delta modified in order to make more $$$
Im a plumber. I HATE Delta faucet company! (I wont swear I wont swear I wont swear...) I really want to say how I feel but it would be full of profanity so Ill just suffice it to say they started their journey as a reputable company. I used to have Delta Faucets magnets all over my vans back in the 90s. Now... I tell my customers to buy anything BUT Delta. They're designed from the ground up by engineers who allegidely have 2 questions in mind: 1) Will the entire faucet be completely destroyed when the customer tries to replace a relatively simple part? (Insuring they have to purchase a whole new faucet) and 2) Are the parts proprietory enough that we can charge ridiculous prices for them? (Some Delta stems are over $100...) Forget that whole "cheap seats and springs" bs. Those days are long gone. These comments are MY OPINION and "allegidly" is the key word here.I do recommend you NEVER EVER buy non-Delta parts for a Delta. (IE Danco; avoid Danco) but I feel like the old cam system (white plastic with black rubber cam gasket) was a LOT better. It worked for 40+ years why change it??? Adding more unnecessary parts makes it more difficult for us to naintain a fully stocked van. It worked great, why fix it???That being said this part DOES work. Just not as good. I had to install the last one twice, and apply generous portions of teflon tape to make it seal around the base of the faucet. (Yes I installed new orings.. Im a plumber. I do thousands of these a year. I know how to install them!) That being said, this kit goes in LOWES Delta faucets primarily (Lowes sells a cheaper VERSION of Delta faucets) and so if you're unfortunate enough to own one of these faucets this is really your only option to stop water from seeping out of the top of the assembly between the arm/spout base and the handle. I recommend you do NOT replace it unless you have to. When my customers call me with a leaking Delta kitchen faucet I always say ONE thing before agreeing to do the work. "If its a single handle Delta kitchen faucet and its only leaking around that top nut, seeping down the body to the base, I do NOT guarantee I can fix that!!!" Id say 7 out of 10 times yes. The other 3 times its still gonna leak there. Its a known Delta issue. If you have the faucet that requires THIS EXACT part, you wont find a better part than this one. Id just say consider replacing the faucet with any of the ten billion China made faucets sold here on Amazon that look better, are far cheaper, and work better, before investing a bunch of money into parts for an overpriced POS with a false good name. Ouch was that harsh enough? I hope.If my review helped PLEASE select the HELPFUL button beside the review and CLICK IT. Delta faucets have plenty of Delta fanboys. They will probably vote this review down. I both install and repair these faucets daily and have for over 30 years. Thats where Im coming from.

Mixed quality
I purchased two of these with the RP70 lever and the RP4993 seat/spring assemblies to repair two Delta bathroom faucets that were beginning to leak. I decided to replace all of them together to avoid further problems for a long time. Once I got the cap loose, the parts all installed easily in the first faucet, with good functionality and no leaks. However, on the second faucet, the RP70 lever had some kind of a burr or deformation at the end of the shaft. It would not go into the slot on my handle until I removed it and filed it down a bit. And this cam assembly leaked water out from under the handle no matter what I did. I finally put the old cam assembly back in, and everything seems to be fine. This and the other parts appear to be genuine Delta replacement parts. However, if they are, then the quality control of Delta seems to be well below what is expected. When I buy two of them, and one brand new part does not work properly, one wonders. At the same time, this type of faucet needs a part specifically made for its design and geometry. So I encourage caution. One may want to purchase extras just to be sure you can get one that works when you have the faucet apart.

Works for Series 275 Quick Snap faucet
Replacement for a 50 year old Delta Series 275 Quick Snap faucet. Given I had to cut the faucet's handle off with a hacksaw (allen head hex had become completely round), took the opportunity to completely rebuild the faucet. This is a newer part for the older RP61 cam assembly. Works like new. Credit to Delta for a)making LONG lasting faucets, and b)supporting said faucets.

It fits perfectly
I have an old Delta faucet in the kitchen. I have been replacing the spring thingy every other year or so, but this time the cam assembly piece went bad. I could not quite figure out the model or part # to fix the leak. After some research, this looked like the part that could fit. The installation took about a minute, and voila, it works like a charm. I'm a happy customer.

Works perfectly.
This is a genuine Delta replacement part. It works perfectly for my Delta kitchen faucet repair. It has a circular spring gasket and fits properly inside the cam assembly. Third party suppliers and those found in Home Depot do not have the same tight fit and will leak. Buy this one if you have to replace the cam assembly.

Delta faucet was leaking under the handle. Took it apart and could see the cam assembly was worn out. This replacement worked great. Fixed in 5 minutes. Like new.
