I'm trying to lose weight, and one of the ways I'm doing that is by trying to use Mio to fill my sweet tooth cravings. Doesn't work all of the time, but it's also a good idea to drink a bunch of water before snacking so that you have less room in your stomach.Also my water doesn't taste good (The water in the 5 gallon jugs at Wal-Mart sucks), so having this on the side to make meh water less meh is always great.

Variety of Flavors
Worth the money. There are several options and all are good. Some make your water taste a bit like a form of Gatorade but that’s not terrible. They definitely help with water consumption.
