Lovely product, gteat making omletts as an egg alternative whipped up with double cream.

Not firm
This is good tofu - delicious - but it's not firm, even when pressed it's pretty delicate. So - it's perfect for hiyayakko (cold tofu with ginger and soy) but not for agedashi tofu (fried) or mapo tofu (in spicy sauce) because it doesnt hold its shape.
