I have used Jam in a Jiffy for several years. For my diabetic husband, the sugar free works well. For me, I use the regular low sugar mix. There have been complaints about the taste of the sugar free, but my husband doesn't mind the after taste. The regular low sugar is perfect for me. Another complaint has been that the powder clumps, but if I sprinkle slowly and use a whisk, I have never had a problem. I keep this product on hand year round.

I and my family having been using this for years and wouldn't think of using anything else. Less sugar and it really lets the flavor or flavors of the fruit shine. We have also used the sugar free to make jam for our friends who can't have sugar and they love it too. This truly is boom diggety! Cornaby's has other products that are great too.

We have used Jam in a Jiffy for 6 years and love the easy preparation. It contains much less sugar than regular jam and maintains a fresh fruit flavor as well as beautiful color. We have even made pomegranate jam! Yummm.
