Really good socks
These, to me, are really good socks: comfortable, well-made, practical, and good-looking. The mildly elastic top keep the sock in place reasonably well without making a deep indentation in my legs, which have peripheral edema. I do have to pull up the socks occasionally, but it seems to me that if they held firmer they wouldn't be diabetic/circulatory socks.I don't know how long they'll keep their appearance and condition, but so far, so good after a number of washings. I do find they look better if i air dry them rather than machine dry them after they come out of the washing machine (cold water, gentle cycle). Hanging them up to dry is of course extra work, but the socks are worth it to me.My shoe size is 14 Narrow and size 2XL in these socks works well for me. By the numbers, this means these socks run small, but I've come across so many socks that are sized like this that I've come to think of 2XL as the norm for my shoe size.Follow-up. After wearing these socks daily for six months I like them better than ever. The socks are very nearly as good as new. My fabric care formula of washing them by machine (cold water, gentle cycle) and hanging them up to air dry seems to be working.

Loose fitting, thin socks perfect for my husband
These are the socks my husband has been looking for. They're on the thinner side, so not a lot of cushion in the sock but that's what he prefers. The most important part is that they're loose fitting/non-binding tops so they don't cut into his legs and affect his circulation. They loose and do not bother him at all, he forgets they're there which is actually very unusual for him. They're the perfect socks thank you so much. Will repurchase soon.

Crustuy
They are OK socks. Fit is fair. They don't sag. They are gentle on edema. Only they get weird dirty and don't wash up well. After one day they have a white haze on the fabric. Normal cycle and detergent doesn't get them clean.

Fits perfectly and comfortable!
I have a pair of ankle boots I could not use due the thickness of my socks. If they were thin they were to tight and felt uncomfortable. But with these being diabetic they not only fit and feel great, I can now use my boots comfortably!

Keep Looking
The weakest of the Amazon offerings in the 'diabetic socks' category that I have found. Binds and pinches at the top, contrary to the description, and I have three other varieties of 'diabetic socks' bought here, that put these to shame. Keep looking. There are much better offerings competitively priced. MOLAX, CIRZUEX, and Doctor's Select labels are all far superior.

Good Socks
I wear a size 10, 4E width, Nike shoe (U.S.) I don't really have big ankles or big calves.I bought the size 13-15 sock. Glad I did. The fit was reasonable. The sock tops are less tight than my other socks. They did dig in "just a little", leaving slight impression in the calf. Comfort is okay. Thickness is medium to thin.I would not hesitate to go larger one size if they offered, but this size for my foot wasn't bad. After wearing, they are just the "slightest bit" warm but not at all bad. I guess I will buy again.

Dad Raves About Them
Christmas and birthdays are always quite the challenge in buying gifts for my 80+ yr old Dad, who has everything...including diabetes. On a whim, I thought I would try these socks, as he is always complaining about his feet. He loved them. Thought they were the greatest socks he had ever owned, and had me order more, in other colors. Who knew the perfect gift would be socks!

They fit and feel so nice.
Just what I needed for my feet and ankles. I still have to wash them, I couldn't wait to try on. Very comfortable. I took a chance and won. You never know how good the quality is untill you get your order. Like I said I won this time!
