Great pack and company made it right big time!
I'm a full time EMT for a busy inner city service and I started using this pack about 2 years ago. I decided to buy a replacement because my first one (still useable tho) got pretty beat up after DAILY wear and tear; and i put that thing through the ringer! I'd use it to hold my sheers, extra pens, pen lights, flushes, hair ties and other little things I use daily. On my consective 12-18 hr shifts it was so much easier and time saving to just clip my pack to my new changes of pants than taking everything out of my EMT pants. It worked out SO well, several others in my busy service followed suit and started using the packs too!I purchased a second and unfortently after 2 short uses, I got home and realized my sheers were missing because the stitching on the snap button came off. I was gonna just bite the bullet and order another but I'm in medic school right now and hours are down & money is way tight so I decided to email the company first. The company got back to me right away and they sent me a replacement in 2 days. Not only did they replace the pack, they gave me a back up and some head bands to help hold my masks off my ears!I am absolutely elated with the quality of their customer service. They really took care of me and I didn't even tell them much except that it broke and I'd like a replacement if possible. 5 star products and 5 stars on the customer service. It's nice to have companies out there like this still. I look forward to using more of their products and am happy with my new packs! If you're in EMS or healthcare, give it a go! This pack is so helpful and worth it!

Worked out great....
I ordered some small stats notebooks to use with this pouch but they didn’t fit as I had planned, they probably would if I trimmed the sides of them a little. My raptor shears didn’t fit comfortably in the back pocket but they fit nicely if I fold them up. I ended up using this pouch for my flashlight, folded raptors and my knife....and my tape on the loop. I still have room to put some other items in it if needed. I do like the way it sits on my hip in the horizontal position. Seems sturdy and durable, solid stitching.

Great pouch for EMT, Nurse, AT, First Aid provider, etc!
As an athletic training student and First Aid Provider, I have been struggling to find a good pouch that matches many of my personal needs and desires. After about three pouches I stumbled across this one and decided to pick it up. And I'm glad because it's a great belt pack!I like to run my belt through the loops to have the pack horizontal at my waistband for easy access to everything. My only gripe with this is the D-ring occasionally gets in the way with smooth application of the belt. I also use the belt clip on my athletic shorts and it does a decent job of staying in place when removing the trauma shears. The compartment of the pouch features three layers of pockets: the proximal I use for gloves, the middle I carry a pen & sharpie, and the largest pocket I have a 3"x5" notebook for patient info and some gauze. With all of this, it is a little tight. I may end up ditching the pen and moving the sharpie to one of the loops on the outside (there are two, one on each side). Last thing to note: the hook and loop is not easily interchangeable to either side of the pack. The problem is the clasp piece is too large for the ring and it would need to be forced out to be taken off or switched. It could be done, but again, it's up to personal preference as well as to which side of your body you place it on.Overall this is a great pack with easy access to trauma shears and essentials to most efficiently & effectively provide first aid care. I will recommend it to a friend.

Good for trauma shears
Most important: good at securing trauma shears, which is what I was looking for; the sleeve keeps them in place even without the button latch, so I feel confident they won't get lost, and can even stow them quickly to free up both hands.Fits CAT turniquet fine but I use it for multitool. Other pockets are ok, for pens or small items.Fits my rather thick duty belt very well. Was worried about it being too big but it is not. Though I think it could be 1.5 inches shorter and do the same thing.

Not bulky or heavy
Narrow, not bulky at all. I don’t use a belt and it doesn’t yank my pants down like you’d think. All my gadgets are in it and it holds great!

Organizer for a nurse
I am a nurse on a med surg floor and need to carry tape, scissors, penlight, plus a few more things. I love that it keeps me organized and frees up a pocket or two. My only knock is that the holster needs to be worn on the left side if you want the tape to be in front of the holster. Great product otherwise that seems to be built to last.

Everyone likes it!
Bought it to wear at work(I work in an emergency room) since I was tired of my shears always falling out of my scrub pockets. Works great, holds them in place, the clip is sturdy and the materials feel good. A little pricey compared to a shears holder but about as much as a fanny pack with more "street cred". Also, the material is easy to clean/wash.

Broke on my second shift.
For context I work in a semi-rural area with about 4-5 calls a shift. I was wearing it horizontally on my belt. By the middle of the second shift after maybe 5 calls the piece forming the belt loop ripped off almost entirely without me noticing until we got back to the station.I had high hopes for it because it was the perfect size and had a good amount of pockets and seemed secure, but honestly I wouldn't bother for the price unless you are willing to do repairs almost immediately.
