Mori-Nu Silken Tofu, Soft, 12 Ounce (Pack of 24)

We use a box of Mori-Nu Silken Tofu daily in our smoothies. If you have never made a smoothie with Tofu, you really need to try it. The Tofu takes on the flavor of fruit it is blended with and provides a delicious and very healthy meal. Recently the grocery stores have stopped carrying this product so I was delighted to find that we could order a case at once and still save money.

Tofu has no flavor of its own. I mix this with plain yogurt for extra protein and calorie reduction.Taste is just like yogurt only fluffy. I have mixed it with peanut butter and it tastes like fluffy peanut butter. Good food.

It was pretty much what I expected from the description listed.

Nice, neutral taste...easily takes on the flavor of whatever it is seasoned with. Very versatile--I blended it with pesto (instead of a dairy based cream) to make a pesto cream sauce and it was fabulous.

I tell people not all tofu is created equal. Mori-Nu makes the best soft tofu around.
