I just needed a basic, inexpensive mesh strainer for my boys sandbox to filter out leaves and debris. It works great :) It will probably need to be replaced by next summer, but I am using it unconventionally outside 24/7 in rain and shine. It's been great and well worth the price. The holes are the perfect size to filter out rocks, leaves, and pine needles while letting the sand sift through. I definitely recommend this strainer. It would obviously be good indoors for cooking, too.

I bought this to make it easier to rinse my rice. This has made it so much easier and makes me feel like it does it cleaner. I also think it’s handy and easy to grab when you have to strain something quickly.

I was a bit worried buying this because it was such a good price for this product but I do love it. I use it for a lot of flours, sugars, and powdered sugar and it works so well on them. The only issue I had with this was some of the wiring near the handle was poking out. So I did catch myself on it but I used needle pliers to break it off or hide it underneath where it should be.

I've gotten into baking recently and all the best recipes call for sifting the dry greetings together. This Hugi stainless steel mesh strainer is perfect for that. The hooks on the outer edge let me place it across the bowl, leaving my hands free to measure the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder etc. into it. Then some back and forth motion and it sifts the ingredients together perfectly. It cleans up easily too. I just tap it on the edge of the sink to make sure the flour is out of all the small holes and then a quick rinse and dry. I'm sure I can use it to rinse fruit and any type of pasta, but I will use this for a dedicated flour sifter.

I bought this strainer because I cook a lot of rice..the mesh is perfect...I have had strainers where I lost all of my product..only thing is I wish I would have ordered a smaller one..I am only one person..but other than that I am happy with my order..would highly recommend this to any one.

It's a good strainer very useful and easy to clean. However, it is not sturdy at all. The wooden handle came loose after two uses. It can still be used but it's annoying to have loose handles. Will not buy this again.

Very durable material. Great for sifting and straining. I love the notches on the edges to hold it up in bowls and pots.

Was not happy that there was rust present on the item.
