Good alternative
This knocks you out! I’ve got a nasty sinus infection and it makes it hard to sleep. This knocks me out and has helped loosen things up.

These worked like NyQuil.
Off-brand NyQuil works great. Ordering there on Amazon would not be cheaper in the long run, but this was perfect for me because I was sick and it saved me from having to go out to the store.Packaging is ok. It can be hard to get the pills out.

Better than Nyquil
I had a long lingering cold and coughed all night. Nyquil softgels were good, but these seem to have handled the symptoms better and actually helped me stay asleep longer. I wish they came just packaged in a jar like the Nyquil (rather than the blister pouch system) but the medicine itself is great.

Lifesaver! Easy to take with you when travelling
The pill version of these is a lifesaver, I love being able to grab a sheet of them and take them with me when I travel. Much more convenient than the liquid version.
