I purchased this item back in December 2020. I procrastinated on installing it but finally installed it September 11th 2024. It looks very nice but in did not power on. So it never worked. I reached out to the manufacturer and they still have not sent out a replacement Updated Review After posting/expressing my disappointment and frustration with the initial product I purchased concerning it not working straight out of the box, even though I will admit I waited several years before I installed it. The company reached out to me and went above and beyond to take care of me and make me happy. They sent out a new unit quickly, it even took a while for me to install that one because I've been busy and kept forgetting lol. I finally installed the new unit they sent me and it worked flawlessly. It was easy to install. And they gave me the upgraded unit which only takes 4 batteries instead of 6 which was an awesome improvement. I would give them 10 stars if I could. As I mentioned not only did they send me a brand new unit but they followed up and followed up and followed up and followed up until I finally installed it it was able to tell them it was working. I would definitely buy from this company again and again and again. I highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My need: I have young kids that love to wash their hands. Actually, to be more accurate, they love to make bubbles. They had broken countless pumps or moved them to random locations. I decided that I would get a wall mount to help remain in a fixed location and to also reduce transmission. They quickly picked it up, AND they don't waste soap (since they can't just dump into the sink) The guest bath and kids bath have these installed and work great! The wife has fallen in love with it too and that is always a win. Although, now she wants more in less-than-necessary locations. Pros: I purchased 2 of these and one of them had a dead pump. Customer service immediately sent another one before I even packaged the dead one to return. The polish of stainless steel looks really nice and I love that it has an anti-theft feature (ie: you can't just slide it off of the wall, but have to perform a couple mechanical steps) Dispenses the perfect amount of soap. This can be altered during setup by following the directions. The minimum default amount happened to work for the kiddos. Neutral/cons: Getting the mounting plate off is the most difficult part. Borderline frustrating, and it of course isn't as rigid after install. Would probably be helpful if they included a tip in the instructions, but there is no mention of the back-plate until install. The top easily comes off when set in the mid-point of the labels on-off. I don't recall there being instruction on this either. On-off labels really didn't mean anything for either of my products. They don't turn on or off the device, and having it set to off didn't allow the top to come off either. I think there is supposed to be adjustment there, but I actually prefer to turn on and set dispense amount to forget about. So it works out better for my situation. (I imagine this is probably a common problem, but customer service should be able to help adjust the turn to function in the correct way) The only remaining design "flaw" is that the dispense location is at the very front of the device. The normally isn't an issue, but the only locations that I have to mount in my bathrooms forces the hands to approach from the side of the device. So adults tend to go to the center rather than the front. Been thinking about adding some icon, engraving, or stickers to help lead hands there. Really a user issue at the end of the day. Bad design. It will leak soap onto the batteries, I don't even know how that's possible but it will destroy the batteries.

Nice soap dispensor, batteries last for several months but volume is less than desired even on the high setting, diluting soap to 2-parts soap, 1 part water makes a big difference in the volume of soap released.

The dispenser is surprisingly heavy (solid) and installs easily. We used the included adhesive bracket to mount ours to the mirror. Ours also dispenses liquid and not foam and the amount dispenses is adjustable in logical increments. It requires four AA batteries that are not included and we installed top level lithium batteries so that’s another $24 (again, not a surprise). Couple of notes: First, this is not a sterile dispenser since it’s open for refilling. We knew this and this is the type we wanted but only a closed system (disposable container or bag) is considered sterile. Even though we are using it for healthcare related service it does not have to be sterile and we preferred this model. We can use whatever brand of liquid soap we so choose (without particles or grit). Secondly, the instructions included are printed in a trifold paper manual about the size of an iPhone. Each language version is covered in four full pages of content printed on one of the little pages (four up, one page). The result is that each “page” of context is just larger than a postage stamp and difficult to read. Plenty of room in the larger package for instructions printed on letter or A4 size (or even half of that would be gigantic by comparison). I used my phone camera to enlarge it enough to read. I’d buy it again.

I read the reviews and they seemed mostly positive. There were a few outliers that seemed to have some real concerns. I must say, don't let those outliers detour you. I was really surprised at how well made it is. Works great right our of the box. They actually supply two mounting brackets, one with double sided tape, depending on your situation. I dont anticipate any issues, but I will update if there are any.

Das Gerät macht insgesamt einen sehr hochwertigen und stabilen Eindruck. Nach meinem Eindruck handelt es sich um ein Gerät in Gastro-Qualität. Alles ist sehr robust verbaut. Wir verwenden das Gerät Zuhause und 3 Personen benutzen es mehrmals täglich zum Händewaschen. Aufbau und Verwendung in den ersten drei Monaten: Der Seifenspender wird mit der Halterung an der Wand befestigt. Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind sowohl drei Schrauben als auch Kleber. Lt. Anleitung kann man da Gerät entweder mit Schrauben oder mit Kleber an der Wand befestigen. Wir haben das Gerät mit Kleber und einer Schraube (in der Fuge um nicht in die Fliesen bohren zu müssen) befestigt. Das Gerät hält so bombenfest. Sowohl der Deckel des Seifenspenders oben am Gerät um Seife nachzufüllen, als auch das Fach der Batterien unten am Gerät lassen sich optional verschließen. Dazu hat der Deckel ein eingebautes Schloss, das sich mit einem (mitgelieferten aber handelsüblichen) Sechskantschlüssel öffnen lässt. Für die Batterieabdeckung liegt eine kleine Schraube bei, mir der das Fach festgeschraubt werden kann. Wir haben beides nicht gemacht, da das in einem Privathaushalt nicht nötig ist. Beides hält also auch unverschlossen. Der Seifentank ist sehr groß und reicht uns sehr lange. Das nachfüllen geht problemlos. Wir nutzen ihn mit herkömmlicher Flüssigseife. Das Gerät benötigt 6 Mignon Batterien (AA). Wir mussten die Batterien bisher nicht wechseln. Der Auslöser funktioniert zuverlässig. Er löst immer zuverlässig aus und hat noch nie einfach so ausgelöst. Der Sensor und auch die Pumpe reagieren sehr schnell. Bei Kontakt mit dem Sensor blinkt auf der Vorderseite des Geräts eine LED einmal kurz rot auf. Die Menge der Seife ist für unseren Geschmack super. Die Seife wird "sauber" herausgepumpt, also es bleibt kein Seifenrest am Gerät kleben. Das Gerät ist auch nach drei Monaten Gebrauch noch sauber. Auch unterhalb des Geräts gibt es keine Seifenreste und Flecken die man sonst häufig sieht. Fazit: Der Seifenspender funktioniert tadellos und war einer der Besten Anschaffungen die wir die letzten Jahre gemacht haben. Genau so muss ein Seifenspender funktionieren. Es gibt wirklich einfach nichts auszusetzen. Das Gerät macht einfach genau das was es soll und macht dazu noch einen sehr hochwertigen, eleganten Eindruck.

Easy to fit and it works well straight out of the box. I filled it with some original carex and the preset amount is just fine. The kids love it but if you pull your hand away too soon some of the carex ends up below. A small tray or tissue soon fixes this.
