Odor-free, flavor-free, super small capsules (the kind you can pull apart), and I find these to be very effective. I tried a couple of other P-5-P products, and these are the best in every way - except for the price, of course. However, you definitely get what you pay for.One P-5-P product was in a bright-yellow pill form. It has an unpleasant taste, it makes my urine turn neon yellow, and it has ingredients I really don't care for. One of them is Titanium Dioxide, and I'm sure that the culprit of the bad taste and bright yellow color all around. I once accidentally got my yellow-colored saliva on something in my room after I just finished taking a pill (it's a long story), and it left a stain that was difficult to remove. I would say I didn't feel the P-5-P as much as I do from Douglas Laboratories' P-5-P.Another was in the capsule form (the kind you can pull apart), but it had a hard-to-describe flavor and aroma that was almost unpleasant. It was weird and almost like some kind of a vegetable juice. I would say this P-5-P was even less noticeable than the yellow pill I described above. Even so, both were pretty effective. I'm just making comparisons.I'm really starting to see Douglas Laboratories as a company who caters to the discerning customer.

This is a great product. My doctor told me to adjust my dose by how well I can remember my dreams. He said if they get too disturbing, back off to where I can just remember them when I wake up. For me, that's 3 of these tiny, taste-free capsules a day. This is the cheap way of knowing if you're on the right dose.
