Best curl aid for blasting arms I’ve used
Now I can do preacher curls in the house and at the gym without waiting around. Great for getting that burn when curling dbells. Well built and good value!

Does what it says but a bit uncomfortable
Was excited to use this and it does isolate the bicep but i find it crushes my chest a bit and pinches my tríceps
