KT Tape BFF Blister Prevention Tape, Friction-Reducing, Thin, Flexible, Breathable, 30 Precut 3.5 Inch Strips

I have very small, wide feet, so I usually have to settle for shoes that are too long so that they are wide enough. Therefore, my shoes often rub up and down on my heels. This tape saved my heels on a trip to France where I was walking 4-8 miles a day. Took up very little space in my luggage and very convenient pre-cut strips. So happy this tape is back in stock.

I use these instead of "Moleskin" to protect the outside of my 4th and 5th toes, to put on any spot that is getting rubbed too much, like the upper arch of my foot, and on the end of my big toe, which can blister on a long hike. I find they last two or three days, even with water exposure. The 3.5" strips are very convenient to cut to size and apply. It does what it says and does it well, as do all KT products that I have tried.

The tapes are easy to put on as they don't cling to themselves requiring multiple stretchings and replacing to get them perfectly situated. I used them on my heels and the balls of my feet. I didn't make it to the marathon finish line. But at least I didn't have blisters to add to my dispair.

These work great and come in a variety of helpful shapes and sizes. Coming from the KT Tape I expected fantastic adhesion and they did not let me down. For the price, I would really expect to see more and that keeps these from being a regular purchase but I still think it's a great product.

So far so good. I get blisters on the ball of my foot right between my big toe and 2nd toe. I put the tape on today for a hike in 90 degree humid Texas weather. These little bad boys worked! No blisters! I am just now starting back out so my hike was only about 5 miles, but I am excited now for longer hikes now that I am able to walk without the pain of blisters 4 miles in.

These patches really helped me prevent blisters.Bought one more for the next trip.

These did not work very well on my heels. They kept rolling up unless i applied 2 strips on a heel (and even then it still sometimes rolled up), and wore out quickly. The adhesive may stay on for 1-2 days, but the strip won't last that long as protection. I had to change out strips at least once each day because the set I'd put on earlier had been worn through.I think I'd have better luck just buying oversized Band-Aids to use.

I cut them in 1/2 length-wise and wrap my toes, fingers for sports. Much better than traditional band-aids.

This stuff is AMAZING! I used it several times while on vacation with wedge heel sandals that blister my toes horribly. Happy to report I had NO blisters at all! I did cut the tape in to smaller pieces to suit the spot it went. One strip lasted several days. I put on and removed the pieces daily. No issues with removal and adhesive worked great!

I bought these BFF blister tapes because at the time they were cheaper than the normal KT Blister tape. I was really disappointed as they did not work as well in both every day use and for running. I would highly recommend just buying the standard black KT blister tape as these didn’t stick as well and would peel off. It might even have been how they are stored and the packaging not being as airtight. Either way, bad choice - hey the normal stuff. The normal blister tape is also now a lot cheaper.

Stays on surprisingly well. I was very happy with the effectiveness of blister prevention. I would recceomend anyone give it a try.

Does a great job at preventing blisters. Wish they lasted a little longer. Started peeling up after little more than 24hrs. Look better than bandaids but bandaids definitelyast longer.
