Dee Zee DZ16201 NXc Black Running Boards

Installed the DeeZee Running Boards myself, with a vehicle specific bracket hardware kit (bought separately) for a 2015 Dodge Durango RT. Install was relatively easy once I read the online installation instructions and watched a couple of YouTube videos. I am happy with this purchase and the DeeZee Running Boards look great on my Durango RT.

Running boards arrived quickly. The boards themselves are pretty sturdy but light at the same time. Installation was straight forward and despite deezee saying these wouldn't fit the 2014 and newer 4runner limited these fit great and are just what we needed2016 toyota 4runner limited

I did quite a bit of research before buying the Dee Zee DZ16201 running boards and mounting kit. Many had mounting kit that were multi piece and you had to bolt them together. The Dee Zee mounting kit are single piece bracket, designed specifically for your vehicle. A number of other products required drilling holes into your car frame, who want to drill out their brand new car. The Dee Zee mounting kit required no drilling, in my case, two bolts secure the mount to the chassis. The running boards themselves were easy to install onto the brackets. It took me about an hour to mount and install both sides. I would highly recommend the Dee Zee product.

The boards arrived in a box with one end open. The box itself was sufficient to handle the load, but with two long boards, with pointy ends moving back and forth inside, caused one end to open. The boards only showed some very minor scuffing from the packaging, not enough for me to complain. The finish overall is very nice. The design fits nice and looks good on my vehicle, a Dodge Durango. The mounting system wasn't complicated, but I do have some reservations on the strength of the first bracket and bolt combination. Time will tell on that. ( bracket kit sold separate ) Overall I like the DeeZee boards for the looks and the price point, which fits between the high of factory boards, and the low of some really cheap stuff I looked at. One last note. On the Amazon page it says these boards don't fit my vehicle. I checked on DeeZee's main web site and it stated this was the correct board. Always double check application and fitment from different sources before you order. Nice boards, my wife loves them.

These are high quality running boards. The ovals are rubber and will provide good non-slip capability. The boards are just the right size and look great after installation.

If you have a 2016 Ford Edge, don't buy these running boards. The actual running boards are excellent, but the problem lies with the installation kit. To install the brackets that hold the running boards, you have to remove four protective covers that shield the under-body of the vehicle. So now I have exposed sheet metal with holes, exposed brake lines, an exposed rubber hose that goes to the gas tank, etc...If Dee Zee had some form of template that would indicate what to trim out of the panels would fix this problem. So now I am going to have to try to figure out how to trim the panels to reinstall them.

These are good running boards that look great on my Acadia. The only problem I had was getting the bolts to tighten up, I had to use a screw driver to pull on the bolt while tightening it down. The other thing to remember is the running board does not come with the mounting hardware, it needs to be ordered separately.

These fit my 2013 perfectly with the bracket/install kit. You have to have the kit. Only the running boards come in this box. They look great. I bought them to help my son in and out of the car at carpool at school. I wanted a board that didn’t stick out too far for me to bang my shins on and I don’t care for the chrome boards that add an extra chrome strip next to the existing chrome stripe already on the car. That looks redundant to me, but that’s my personal preference. My pics show one side before and one side after.

These look great, sturdy and function well on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. Highly recommend these. In and out so easy for my 5' wife. Install was a breeze, less than an hour, prep yourself before installing.

Fairly straight forward installation. Love the look of it. Instructions show driver’s side installation, but passenger side requires loosening the fuel line bracket to make room for the flat brackets.

Great boards, the only downside is that you are required to purchase the brackets separately

Had to return, as manufacture’s listing for a fit - is wrong. When problem arose at time of my mechanism trying to install, Manufacture then said - No, won’t fit. Prior to purchase, I confirmed by emai to the manufacture’s website - that indeed it would fit. Cannot recommend this Manufacturer’s info as being accurate.

Bought over a year ago and installed in about an hour by myself. They still look great after driving through a Canadian winter. Sent me the wrong brackets originally but was taken care of right away no questions asked. Would buy again.
