So far, all Novoflex adapters I have bought are extremely well made and work flawlessly to match you old or way out lens to a modern body. This adapts all of the zillions of old m-42 pentax screw mount lenses or microscope adapters to a modern EOS body. They only work manually, but some are deliciously quirky or have features not available in the standard EOS line. So, if you have a new body and an old lens, check out Novoflex, and don't throw away the old glass.

Should be $50-60. But this is your only option if you want an adapter that fits like a factory mount. I've been using it on my Helios 40-2, with zero movement.
