If you have stomach problems associated with coffee and other acidic foods, Puroast is a godsend. Yes, the flavor is not identical to normal coffee, but I doubt that you're going to find any low-acid coffee that isn't.My biggest complaint is with the company: On more than one occasion, I've ordered their Lost Art Blend off of Amazon and what I get is some sort of flavored coffee, which I can't abide. Why do I blame the Puroast company and not Amazon? Because THE BAGS ARE MISLABELED!! If a bag says "Lost Art Blend," what else is Amazon supposed to think, than that it contains that flavor of coffee? They certainly can't open each bag and make sure that the company is on top of things in the labelling department.Okay then, why belabor the point? Isn't it common sense that any given distributor of goods must assume that the label matches the product? Apparently not, because on the occasions in which I've complained to Puroast about this problem, they insist that it's not their fault but Amazon's. Even after you tell them that the bags are mislabeled, they still insist they're not at fault. To be fair, the first time this happened, Puroast mailed me a replacement bag of Lost Art Blend at no cost to me, which was greatly appreciated, but after the same problem happened again, they refused to acknowledge their mistake or to correct it. But hey, I guess that's the way things go sometimes.Anyway, my last purchase of their coffee went okay, so maybe they've finally got things together. They do make decent coffee, indispensable for people with low-acid needs, so let's hope that these sorts of errors are a thing of the past. I still buy their product, but I'm always a little nervous when I open a new bag.

When your brain wants another cup, but your stomach cringes...
Let me start by saying that everything I've read about the company makes me want to love their coffee. An inquiry to learn more was never answered, however.Taste is subjective. I love lots of varieties, but most often I reach for a lighter or full city roast with more depth than most roasters can achieve on that level. As a coffee addict, I must sometimes opt for a brewing method that is low acid, and/or use a lower acid bean like Puroast. Sacrificing some of what I crave is a fair exchange if it means I can still feed my lovely addiction. The Lost Art Blend is lively with subtle hints of tart citrus and a dry finish. Not dry to the point of being a negative...but almost.A star taken away for the lack of body, an one added right back for lack of acid.

It’s a good compromise.
As we age, foods and drinks we once loved may not return the favor. My wife has some issues now with caffeine and acidic items. Puroast half caff low acid coffee has returned coffee to her diet. For me, this brand is close enough to regular roast coffee to be satisfying. It’s a good compromise.

Best Espresso I have found so far.
I usually order beans only and grind on the spot. I use my espresso machine and make lovely lattes every morning being a proud coffee junky. I spend a lot of $$$ on coffee, trying different ones. Can't get everything I want to try in the stores. Usually my stomach doesn't agree that I should drink so much coffee. So I ordered this coffee. OH MY GOODNESS. The flavor is amazing. Love it!! Have recommended this to many of my friends now. Makes good cold brew as well.

Low acid
I have throat issues and I was told by the doctor to stop drinking coffee and other things that irritate my throat. this low acid coffee seems to not bother my throat and tastes better than most other things I tried. may or may not work for you but it sure does for me.

Great price
I have a sensitive stomach so the low acid allows me to enjoy the coffee and the flavor. It is also a very good price for the amount of coffee you get

I love this coffee. It smells amazing and tastes very smooth and not bitter.I usually do subscribe and save and Only thing is that it’s always going out of stock. I took a star off for that. How can I enjoy this amazing cup of coffeee if they don’t send it to me?!
