I had bought two of these magnifying lamps from Neatfi, and both had to be returned because they weren't 5 diopter and the lens was acrylic even though it was listed as 5 diopter glass lens and the box said this also. So I was surprised to see the exact same box when I opened the package from Boli. Thankfully this time it was the real deal. This magnifying lamp has a glass 5 diopter lens and has a nice well lit area for my electronics repair. Because of the weight of the 7" glass lens we'll see how this holds up long term, but initial quality seems pretty decent. Definitely worth the money. Would have thought a cleaning cloth would have been included though...

I received my order pretty quickly. Before placing my order, I looked for a right model, read the reviews and tried to find a suitable lamp. Finally I made my choice and bought this lamp.After unpacking and installing the lamp, it became clear that the clamp is rather weak to hold the heavy lens. It began slowly to slide off from my desk, and I had to remove the lamp immediately to avoid its damage. In my opinion, the clamp should be wider and deeper, and bigger in size, otherwise it does not fulfill its function. The glass lens itself is large, truly 5 diopters . The adjustable metal framework seems to be quite sturdy.Unfortunately I could not fully use the lamp and returned it back. Now I am waiting for my refund.In my opinion, I would not recommend this product until the manufacturer has made some major adjustments to the clamp.
