fitting/ and being able to see through a faceshield is about all that can be asked for.this one did those things - and the service to get it was good.

NOT A PINLOCK READY SHIELD.
Is the product an HJ-09 shield? - Yes it is.Is it a true HJC product? - As far as I can tell, Yes.Was it shipped on-time? - Yes it was.Was it in perfect condition when it arrived? - It sure was.I mean for all intents and purposes this is exactly what what you would expect when ordering a replacement shield for whatever HJC helmet you have that this shield fits on, unless you are looking to fit a PinLock anti-fog shield on it.... In which case you will be very disappointed as this shield, despite the style listing on the product page, is in-fact not PinLock ready.

Fits and operates fine.
Be careful when switching shields on HJC helmets. Make sure you pull back the lever, press the shield down into the pivot point and then release the lever. Otherwise the shield will seem like it latched, but might blow off on the highway when you check the lane next to you. :-)

perfect..
perfect.......the box it came in was so small, was so afraid was not what i had ordered, but it was!!!!!! It fit perfect, also, just need to include instructions.

NOT "PINLOCK READY"
This visor is NOT "PINLOCK READY" as stated. There are no holes for the pinlock system in the visor. You would need to drill them in yourself. I had to box it up and return it to Amazon.

Does the trick at a cheap price
Exact replacement for one that got scratched when I dropped the helmet off the handlebar, with one exception. It is not "pinlock ready," and therefore can't take the anti-fog insert the original shield allowed. I don't consider this much of a loss, but it was unexpected.
