This can snugly fit, if time is taken to adjust things.

Great briefs
Have bought about $500 worth of briefs from Amazon and other medical supply companies to try. These are by far the nicest, softest, and most absorbent. My disabled sister likes them and they don’t have the scratchy balls of absorbant material floating about the diaper. Our favorites were the attends but they stopped making the style we bought for years and the new style is thinner, less absorbent but covered in those hard scratchy balls of absorbent material. Until we could find a replacement we were rolling each diaper with a wallpaper roller to a rush the material in her waistband. These are much better and hopefully the last brief we need to buy!

Brilliant diapers!
I felt compelled to write this review the morning after. I only have trouble retraining my bladder at night. I must say these are the best diapers I have tried in a long time, possibly even better than the Abena M4.First and for most, the tabs are huge and provide a lot of options for placement. Somehow the actual padding I thought was pretty small as far as diapers go, but that isnt the case. These diapers can hold a night time worth of wetting, no problem! To my absolute surprise no plastic pants are needed either! I am a heavy back sleeper so I dont wake up or move much but even still. The diapers disperse wetness incredibly well on their own compared to other diapers. The one thing you do need to do is make sure the tabs are securely placed and at a good angle so they dont come apart. I had no issue with them, I just noticed that they seem to easily come apart when I was putting the diaper on. I cannot comment on how well these would be for up-right daytime use, it might be something completely different than my experience. But for night time use, I absolutely adore these and I love how affordable they are.I almost forgot on top of all that, the diapers are very light and breathable (at least when dry)Just make sure you use plenty of baby powder!

The best we can find so far.
We have to get the XXL and have settled on these because the quality is a bit better than others. They still shift around too much during slide transfers. I suspect that the only way to fix that would be to make them more slick on the outside. We've tried many brands and so far this is the one we are using. The FitRights would have worked if they had been sized properly, but they are much smaller.

Great bargain as always, but beware sizing
Tranquilities are some of the most affordable diapers you can buy, and keep you from breaking the bank if you need them regularly. These breathable ones are extra nice for comfort--the plastic backed ones can chafe and overheat me sometimes, personally. As for absorbancy, it's nothing spectacular, and good for daytime use if you know you'll have access to places to change. Overnight can be a dangerous game. Only one thing bugs me with tranquilities--the sizing. I'm always _right_ at the borderline between small and medium for most brands, and can go either way, usually opting for small. But for tranquility, I'm still within the waist range, and it fits in that respect, but the length of the diaper drops substantially, and there's not enough rise to feel... yknow, adequately covered. Unfortunately, the mediums are then pretty big in comparison... but hey, humans come in many shapes and sizes so they can only do so much. But, as a heads up for others who are really skinny, but tall, go for the mediums if you're on the cusp. The extra length is worth it, so you don't feel like you're wearing a bikini!
