Looney LabsMonster Fluxx

My kids and I enjoy Fluxx in all of its variety, and the folks at Looney Labs are lovely folks. This version is a GREAT starter set, as it is less complex than some of the other varieties (but CAN be combined with them!)

I saw somebody post this on facebook when asked what games do you play for Halloween? I have an extensive Halloween game collection, but had never heard of this one. I instantly investigated and bought this game. Boy, am I glad I did! This little game is excellent. The Monster art on the cards is terrific and the game is super fun to play. This one will be played every single year now at Halloween for sure, and any other time also. Inexpensive game that is super fum to play and would be ideal for vacation or camping or such. Pick up a copy and start Monster Fluxing...You will be glad you did.

Long time Fluxx player, it such a fun game cause rach game is different. It can be confusing at first but once you get the hang of it you won’t want to stop! This is my 5 deck… and probably not my last!

I love the Fluxx line of games. The basic rule is every game is different and in that vein, every version of the game has a few different mechanics than the last. This one is great if you like the standard batch of monsters, werewolf, vampire, Frankenstein, etc.This was my second purchase, we gave our first one away.

I am a big fan of the Fluxx family of games. This the second version I bought and it is fun and a favorite on my game nights. This game requires one to pay attention to the ever changing rules but not so much that one cannot be social while playing. The game can go quickly or last longer depending on the skill of the players and luck of the draw. The one thing I don't like is the box it comes in. It is a hang tab style box and it is easy to damage the cards getting them in an out of the box. I ended up putting them in a different box. The game itself is fun, easy to learn and again a favorite on my game nights.

Super fun game! My teenage siblings even love playing it. Its good for pick up games, and the rules are easy, but when you learn the cards and the combos, it gets way more competitive and fun.

We purchased this around Halloween in order to get into the spirit of the holiday (not that we needed it). This was our first Fluxx game, and it plays pretty well, although it gets a bit too convoluted and clunky as the additional game-changing rules pile up. I enjoyed the goofy theme and artwork. All told, it is fun, and I can see how it appeals to so many people, but I don't think it's one we'll play on a regular basis.

12 Fluxx games and growing, so yeah, this one should be an automatic 5, however the packaging hurts my OCD. A lot. One star for attention only.Update: checked the Looney Labs WebStore and found some blanks and other items I wanted. Great customer service through email and IM with a generous "we can help you over come your OCD" offer. Thanks to all the great folks at Looney Labs.

As good as any of the other Fluxx games. Highly recommend!

Arrived on time. This is a super introduction to the fluxx game. It's important to be clear it doesn't contain the creeper game mechanic that newer versions have.

This game is tons of fun to play, easy to learn. I loved the theme.

Love this game!!! Play it all the time with my 8 year old. I do wish there was creepers in it - like other pack that I have played. But still a great game!
