This really worked for deterring rats. I was having a problem with rats going under my 2nd story porch where the basement door is and taking their "dinner" to eat. I would find random bones and rat feces. Mixed this as directed and sprayed the entire area. I've reapplied once so far and that was about 3 weeks after the initial spraying. Haven't seen any droppings. But I will continue to spray monthly as I'm sure the scent will fade.

This product seems to be working great. It even deterred ants from coming near the house. We sprayed under the hoods of our vehicles and so far it has kept the squirrels out. Product smells great too!

I've been using this for about 4 months now. It really does seem to keep mice away. The peppermint odor is very strong and not wonderful, but not bad either, and it's a lot better than the odor of mouse urine. I'm going to keep using it when the weather turns cold and the mice come back.

Since I started using the product I've had excellent results. The issue I have is the fluid ounces,16 oz looks more like 8 oz at the cost of $20, it get 2 Stars!!!

Seems to work well for repelling mice. Have been using for the past year in and around the outside of out RV and have not seen any evidence of mice.

Excellent repellent to keep the creepy critters away from your engine and you won’t have to worry about rodents chewing your wires because they despise the smell of perming oil. Rodents are flooding NYC and even in suburbs skins, field mice and rats can invade your vehicle if you don’t want a costly repair bill just buy this peppermint oil and avoid the troubles that never had to exist

I usually use Essential Oils. I will be going back to that as this spray is weak. It smells natural but you can hardly smell it and it disappears very quickly. Some of the other reviews say you need to spray it over and over again. I use it for deodorizing and cleaning and it's too weak. I can't imagine it keeping away mice. I was hoping it would work well because of the large size and convenient spray. I will be adding essential oils to it so as not to waste it. As it is though, the fragrance doesn't last .

This time of year we have Fishflys or Mayflys if you want.This does work l for the boat.I'll update how long it workslater
