Some one gifted us a tv that didn't have a remote. This remote works perfectly with our Philips TV. Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time unless you KNOW how to program it
This remote would have been nice had it actually came with instructions! It was literally just the remote! No guidance whatsoever. For it to be universal I assumed it would have some type of instructions on how to program it. Even after looking online, there was still no success and finding a way to program. I returned it for a refund.

Worked then it Didn't
Lasted seven months.Bought 09/02/19For quite some time, it would not change volume or channel unless I pushed the source button first then ok and then channel or volume up or down. More recently, I could flick the light sensor that sends/receives signal from remote to tv and after that use source button/ok/channel or volume.Then it just didnt work at all. I changed the batteries & my husband tried reprogramming with the tv code.
