Easy & Delicious!
This book has truly helped me stay on my health journey! I had to stock my pantry with new ingredients; but once I did; it was easy to quickly whip something up. The carob chip cookies saved me on detoxing from sugar. These recipes have become apart of my weekly rotation. Pictures are Turkey Burger & Pumpkin Scones.

Tasty recipes
The recipes so far are very delicious. The recipes do follow the AIP diet!! I found some other cookbooks claiming to be for the AIP diet but included ingredients that were not AIP compliant. In this cookbook the ingredients called for in the recipes are AIP compliant!! So rest assured you found the right cookbook to help you!!

Delicious AIP baked treats + holiday treats! Highly recommend!
I bought this cookbook specifically for the holiday and baking section while we are working on figuring out food allergies for my daughter. She was missing homemade gluten free baked treats and this cookbook has helped so much! I’ve made the Coffee Shop Pumpkin Scones several times because they’re so good! I highly recommend them, my whole family loves them. Since we’re not eating coconut right now, I substituted melted palm shortening for the coconut oil and 1/4 cup Otto’s cassava flour for the coconut flour and they turn out perfect every time. I’ve also made the “Chocolate” Chunk Cookies several times without the carob chips - they are a huge hit with my little one and my husband. I’ve also made the Mint Chip Brownies without the mint frosting - both my daughter and husband said they’re delicious. I’ve made the “Chocolate” Cupcakes once and they turned out great with a nice texture. I’ve also made the waffles which have the best flavor - my waffle maker must have needed more greasing because they kept sticking for me, but I’m sure that was specific to my waffle maker.During the holidays I made a double batch of the Gingerbread Cookies which are SO good! My daughter was so happy to have Christmas cookies that she could eat. Santa loved the cookies too! They did puff up more than I’m used to with gluten free gingerbread cookies, so the next time I make them I will omit the baking soda. I did add more cinnamon because that’s the way my family likes gingerbread cookies. I also had to chill the dough in order to be able to roll it out for the cookie cutters, which may have been a result from my doubling the recipe. These cookies freeze great too! While my husband and I haven’t cooked from the savory recipes yet, they look delicious and spot on for easy and healthy recipes. Michelle’s photography is lovely too, there’s beautiful photos throughout the cookbook.

Best cookbook I’ve ever purchased!
I have never been more pleased with a cookbook in my life! I was skeptical at first, the ingredients don’t seem like they would go together well, But of the recipes I’ve made, This tastes Better than regular dishes that are not AIP compliant. This has helped me so much on this diet, I normally hate diets because I don’t like the food. Absolutely superb! ❤️

Beautiful book with fantastic recipes!
I have been following Michelle Hoover's blog for quite some time and have made quite a number of her recipes. they have always been very tasty, easy and comforting, especially all the different varieties of chicken poppers. so when I saw that she was putting out a cookbook I had to pre-order it. I am so glad I did. The photos and the layout are absolutely beautiful. There's a lot of great information in the front about the autoimmune protocol (AIP). The recipes just look so amazing. I just got finished making the Cauliflower "Mac and Cheese" and it is incredible. I've also made the biscuits and sausage gravy and couldn't believe that was not dairy. I would definitely recommend this book. Even if you don't follow the AIP or paleo diets, it is nice to have some healthier versions of comforting food.

A MUST HAVE for AIP elimination phase!
This cookbook is a must have for anyone in the elimination phase of AIP. This has made it feel much easier and less restrictive with delicious, flavorful recipes. If I listed all of my favorites, I’d basically be copying the heading of nearly every page. But the price of the entire book is worth the HOLD-The-Bagel Lox Breakfast Salad with Cream “Cheese” Dressing recipe. It’s a recipe I skipped over when I first got the book, but now wish I’d tried sooner! Don’t skip over any recipe in this cookbook, even if it doesn’t seem like something you’d typically enjoy. I didn’t think bagel toppings would make a good salad, and I was SO very wrong. Let this cookbook prove you wrong, too, and find out how much you can enjoy a flavorful meal, even on the restrictive elimination phase of AIP. Your tastebuds will be so pleased!

Amazing
AIP diet is not easy and it can be restrictive. This cook book got me and my family through 2 months strict AIP. I love this cookbook! I've made nearly every single recipe in it and my favorite is the Mongolian Beef. I found the cookbook before I found Unboundwellness. Now I'm following Unboundwellness while continuing to heal my hashimotos. Highly recommend this cookbook!
