No back panel.
There is no back on the product. I was wanting to mount it on a pole. Does no good without a back as the bags will not stay in something without a backside.

It works I suppose
I guess my standards shouldn't have been that high considering how inexpensive it is. It serves it's purpose, but is best put in a closet or somewhere out of sight. The sticker is some of the worst branding I've ever seen; luckily it peels off quite easily. The sticky strips that come with it are completely useless. I recommend using your own command strips. I tried to return this but the shipping was going to be as much as the item cost.

Best buy
Super easy to install! Put in our backyard against our house and filled with plastic bags. This does not work with the small dog poop rolls, only works with grocery store plastic bags. Overall, very happy!
