These stones were used to write/paint/illustrate what guests were thankful for during our Thanksgiving event. Some people got really creative with it. The stones are really smooth and fit into a petite woman's fist. The package arrived on time. Be warned... it is really heavy. Have someone carry it into the house for you if you have back problems. I have plenty left over for next year.

I can't rate these highly enough. Not only are they less expensive than nearly everything else out there, they are exactly as described. Slightly varying sizes, smooth, varying shapes but mostly round or oval and perfect for painting. I paint rocks for fun (because I'm just that exciting!) and these are the perfect rocks for that. They work for my kids who are doing very basic painting and for my more detailed painting as well. I was skeptical of buying in bulk as that usually signifies lower quality on this type of thing, but they were perfect. Highly recommend!

I ordered these less than 24 hours ago, and they already arrived. They’re in her great condition. Just a couple have small chips, but these will be easy to incorporate into the painting. They are smooth and relatively flat. These will be perfect for painting.

Some how my order was missing some rocks. It was an unfortunate situation, however, the situation was made right by the seller. I was so impressed with the level of customer service. The rocks themselves are just like described and what you see in the pictures.

I used these with my classes to make kindness rocks and they are perfect. The color of the rocks makes the paint pop (certain colors better than others).

I ordered 60 rocks for use as art projects in a 3rd grade class and a 5th grade class. Only 2 rocks were 3 inches and several were shaped like little sausages, too small for little fingers. Lots were just over 2 inches, but at least seem to have a flat, paintable surface. I probably have enough to use for one class. Very disappointing!
