NONGSHIM Shin Black Noodle Soup [Family Pack]

I am completely and utterly OBSESSED, and I HATE Kimchi!!!! Idk what made me decide to try this since I don't like kimchi but I did... And thank God! It's the most amazing flavor of ramen I've ever had! Since I got it I keep ordering more as I can't bring myself to eat any other flavor I have🤣 ramen FOMO! I don't add the "extra" packet of dried actual kimchi that's included, I just just the seasoning packet, so maybe that's why I love it eventhough I hate kimchi? Regardless I crave this all day everyday! Do yourself a favor and atleast try it! It's also a good starter spicy ramen because it's not super spicy and it's also a little sweet (but don't get me wrong I LOVE spicy, so if you don't like or can't do overly spicy DONT go for this because when comparing spicy levels in ramen, not very spicy, is pretty spicy for people not used to it. BEST RAMEN EVER

I love ramen but I don't love those flavor packs at all, just a lot of sodium the smallest amount of beef flavor and way too much chili powder to cover up the small amounts of beef. So, I toss the flavor pack and add beef broth concentrate plus a Chili roasted garlic paste for the heat, add a few veges or kimchi and you'll be satisfied.

They're good tasting, but nothing special about them they taste like the normal nonshim soups but with much less spice.

This is my very favorite ramen flavor. Shin always kills it, but this one also comes with a packet of dried kimchi that actually tastes decent when hydrated vs some of the dried vegetable pieces in other flavors. It’s also flavorful and a reasonable amount of spice vs some of the other flavors.

This has a great flavor and a great kick to it. Everyone in my house loves it and brought two big packs from the local Asian grocery. I can’t look at top ramen or other grocery store ramen the same way again. Of course it is not the same as fresh ramen from a restaurant or from scratch but this does the job when I just want a quick, cheap fix!

I loved this! So nice to finally have ramen I enjoy as a vegan. I’m scared to try a new flavor bc ordering food online that you’ve never tried is risky but this is quite yummy so I might take the plunge. I thought I would have to add salt and sriracha as I have to do w the Dr. McDougalls vegan chicken flavored ramen. I didn’t have to! This ramen had enough spice and salt on its own. I like to add my own veggies and stuff to it like green onions to complement it but it’s great on its own. Please try!

Really nice real kimchi flavor without being overly spicy.
