Hello, No, this will only fit a Gen 5 LT engine. The Gen 5 LT4 blower does not have provisions for fuel injection for an LS engine. If you are wanting to swap a factory supercharger from an LSA we would recommend our PN 551316 as this adapts cathedral port cylinder heads to rectangle port intakes.
