Honestly i returned this product. I didnt really feel anything or notice anything but u also didnt use it long enough. So 4 stars is kind of my neutral take on it

This company is a quality company based in the EU who sells a variety of special extracts I never see anywhere else. I knew about Alma berry but I never really tried it on its own or in an extract like this. This herb is an antioxidant and can have a wide range of effects on your mood, cholesterol/blood sugar, inflammation and even cancer. Since I'm dealing with some mystery disease symptoms I decided to try this. This particular extract has been standardized and gone through some clinical testing and although Alma berry is used in Triphala that I've used before I haven't seen it as much marketed for digestive issues.I was hoping that this would help digestive issues but I didn't really notice anything with that and with my other conditions when I was taking it. If you were dealing with cholesterol/blood sugar issues more than me it may be more apparent. In any case I love that this company is making this supplement and I'm sure that this had a positive effect on my health even if I didn't feel it. Antioxidants are so helpful in so many areas and the more you consume them the more you protect from a variety of diseases down the road.

This is one of those supplements that are almost impossible to review. They may or may not help over the long term, but for the short term, you can't really notice a difference. The capsules are easy to swallow, but I really don't like the idea of having to take 3 capsules a day. There is no aftertaste or burping with these. The price is reasonable for a 33 day supply.
