Great product...switched to pinewood for good!!
Initially was apprehensive as the product packaginghas green colour but the delivery photos all showed and I too received a pink package box (which is the colour of their bentonite litter) but I did receive the pine wood litter in green packages inside.I'm very happy with the product. I have tried bentonite litters from a few companies and also the cat exclusive litter. They worked well but the problems of smell, sticking to the litter box, scattering on the floor, dust particles while pouring the litter and the non biodegradable nature promoted us to think of trying a pinewood litter.1. The smell- product has light smell of pinewood. Urine smell is completely gone as the pinewood degrades into dust that we pour into our kitchen garden. Poop is covered by our baby but if sometimes complete coverage doesnt happen,we come to know and throw the poop.2. Less work -as compared to bentonite litters as then urine clumps and poop would have to be regularly removed. Here I can remove the poop once a day and no work for urine. Sift it once a week since the pinewood dust helps cover the poop too. The house doesnt smell of kitty waste any more.3. Environment friendly and biodegradable.4. No harmful dust particles of silica or bentonite in pouring or removing waste so I'm not coughing everytime I'm cleaning the pan.

Dip in Quality
Unfortunately, like others have noted, the product is no longer what it says it is! We have been buying PetCrux for years — real pine pellets that you can easily distinguish by their light color and pine scent, they absorb odor perfectly. The packaging is the same, but now the pellets are dark wood, probably sawmill discard. You can get these dark wood pellets for super cheap anywhere — not at all the same as the old pine pellets.Really hoping PetCrux will look into it. Until then have switched to a different brand.

Organic alternative
If you are looking for an organic litter this is perfect. This doesn't clump so I would suggest you clean immediately after the cat has pooped. I scoop the wet parts out twice a day and throw it in my yard as it is safe for the plants. It has odour but if you keep it in the sun for 20 min it's all good. This is a good organic litter but you need to air it and clean immediately. I use it longer by drying it in the sun and only throwing out the parts that have come in contact with poo and pee :) hope this helps.

A Little Pricey, Except for the scent and Pallet Size, It is Quite Convenient to Use.
It is very surprising how there is almost no cat litter in Amazon India is being sold with neutral scent. Scent is for humans. And cats don't like most scents. My kittens kind of hate it. They were fine when I used to put newspaper in their litter tray. They'd poop and pee in the tray. But since I started using this one, they're pooing outside the tray and using the tray only for toilet purpose. I am giving it a good rating because it is otherwise a good litter, clumps well and easy to clean. Absorbs lots of liquid. The only problem is that kittens don't like the big size pellet and they've refused to use it unless I keep a paper on top of the litter pallets.Price is kind of high for this organic cat litter. I'd look forward to smaller pallets and scentless cat litter from this company.

Deteriorating quality
The product quality is declining for each purchase. previously the pellets were super absorbent and used to break up on coming in contact with bodily fluids. recent purchase the pellets do not absorb and the urine etc. flows around the bottom of tray without being absorbed. resulting in wastage of pellets and cat not using the tray. Its effectiveness has deteriorated and is no longer value for money.

Superb quality, no odour at all
The media could not be loaded. I have been using this litter regularly for my cat, completely satisfied with it

Reduced Quality since the recent batch
I have been buying pine litter from Petcrux for over 2 years now. It was expensive but the quality compensated for it. The pine pellets used to be light brown in color but the recent batch came with dark brown pellets which dont dissolve into saw dust on absorbing urine. They just stay wet and stink up the whole place. You cant event separate them from the fresh litter cause they wont break down. This quality shift is a serious downgrade and if you want this quality then there are brands selling the same dark brown pellet for almost 1/4th of the price.I have switched to another brand because spending 1500₹ for a product that I can get for 300₹ is just not worth it. Hope they switch back to their original light brown pine wood pellets.

The Cleanest Cat Litter I have used
Not only is it eco friendly, it is also one of the cleanest litters I have used, rather the CAT has used. It doesn't leave a sticky mess behind, and smells like fresh pine wood, almost like new Ikea furniture. I am not joking! No matter how absorbent and clumpy the typical bentonite litter may claim, it always leaves behind a moist, clay like clumps. This stuff has an opposite effect, it fluffs up into wood shavings when in contact with moisture.
